Thanks for the test approach, my BGM was on the vespa for only 6 weeks and the scooter just stopped while riding. I see that my green / red ohms value was 97 rather than 450+ as you have mentioned. I feel like going back to Scooter Centre and saying this is a defective part!!!! thanks again for your intel...Peter
ian if there not around the values as in the manaual but i would say 571 is to much resistance but may work ok could be a issue with tester have you checked if any resistance on your meter
