Good information. I have such a unique situation..I thought. But I'm sure it was me changing my account. I was pretty certain I was NOT going to continue my landscaping business. For 8 months I set to permanently closed. Low and behold, I decided to start it again and I changed areas a little. I also got away with an inaccurate pin location but in reality I'm service based. So when Ichanged my areas (under 50 miles), I also attempted to put an inaccurate pin...following day I was suspended. Even though I reversed it - still denying my appeal :( I'll keep reviewing.
Key tip when you're suspended and dealing with google... you need to be honest about your mess up, outline the exact steps that happened, and also let them know you know understand that you broke the rules and understand the right move would be to be a service area... and that you'll complete those steps if they all reapprove your account. This this goest a long way. They know you messed up... but you admitting and telling them you'll fix it, helps tons. We've never had this approach fail.
@michamclain thanks. I will keep that in mind. Sucks though, as you mentioned, we really have no idea what the problem is. Seems they like to leave it up to the profile owner to find. Only info they told me was deceptive content.
