2023 and this still is one of the best mash ups ever. Imagine going to see one of them in concert and the other comes in as a surprise guest for this song. Love it.
Cash kicked in the door for guys like Eazy because before Cash you didn't sing about getting high and shooting MFs on a record One of my favorite quotes ... If your not gonna say exactly how you feel you might as well not say anything at all ... RIP to the Man in Black
If Cash was still alive, he would love this. Country music industry turned it's back on him because the thought he was dated and would not even play his new stuff. So he started to branch out and experiment with other genres.
"Country music" didn't turn on him, he was always bucking that shit. People that actually love music instead of spoon fed garbage were what he wanted and what he lived for. There have always been a lot of pretty boys and girls making "Country" music in Nashville...and then there was real country music. Outlaw.
Look up Tupac and Elvis.. In The Ghetto. Much better than Elvis and Lisa Marie and little does he know his house is in the ghetto now right down the road from the chicken and gas gas station. LOL five stars 👍

Its amazing how Incarceration brings so many of us together, kinda like military service lets us understand where we are all coming from, when were all just trying to get through and know we gotta get there together, ride or die!!!
It's a funny story actually, but yea for a couple of hours there. My wife came to pick me up from the "Madison Radison" aka the Madison County Detention Center and said "Last time I saw you, you was on your way to work. What happened?"
Charles Brittain Agreed! My old man a marine at 80 likes it! He and I agree. Cool as it it gets. We are all immigrants and Polish we have blacks Hispanics Koreans everyone in our family. We love. Anyone who thinks that he’s people that live in this country besides the Indians with you prior to us or not immigrants are assholes. Even Trump is an asshole immigrant too!!we are all immigrants. So nice to hear a song that links a couple together.
Grew up listening to the Man in Black....he was definitely the original gangster...this is great! I can see Johnny up there beaming! RIP John and Easy! You are both missed, and the world ain't the same without you 💔
Just when I was beginning to think that I'd heard all of the worthy mashups that RUclips had to offer, I stumble onto what might likely be the best one of them all. How does epic shit like this hide itself so deep under the radar for so long? Top shelf mashup when most mash is top ramen, a healthy reminder to stay the course in the hunt for diamonds in the rough.
I still can't believe how good this sounds ... Both guys are legends that deserve a level of respect above the rest I like to think these men would have gotten along simply because of how real they were the sad thing is the world would rather focus on all the things that separate them than the things they have in common

Johnny and Eazy-E. Gotta love that combo. Although Johnny did go to jail for being caught with those uppers, he never did actual time, but the way he tells the stories through song, you can feel it. Eazy of course, he did live that gangster life before he rapped for NWA. Both these guys are badass.

Eazy-E is leagues below Johnny Cash. Eazy E is an obsolete relic. Johnny is a timeless classic icon.
These two guys have more in common than most people realize!

@aoidaggett6402 if you're interested, look up GangstaGrass. They've got a couple blended songs that are great.

I feel like both Johnny Cash and Eazy E would of loved this.
Johnny Cash original bad boy, RIP man in black.
