    I've been recently wanting and craving so badly to bake, but we're not the richest family and also cut thing to make them cheaper. So this is absolutely amazing and I get the crispy, warm out of the "oven" cookies which take practically no time at all. Thankyou!!!!!

    Thanks for the Irish accent and the great tips. Living in a hot climate you don't want to fire up an oven, so stove-top is the way to go. Also, when I baked an entire batch of cookies they sat there tempting me to binge, so your method allows me to bake 4-6 cookies at a time. I shape each cookie, freeze them on a cookie sheet, then freeze-bag them for future cravings.

    • @biggerbolderbaking
      @biggerbolderbaking  4 года назад +1

      Richard, you've given me a new perspective on baking cookies. That is a smart way of not ending up gobbling up all the cookies in one sitting. And it can really be tempting at times.

      Hi Jade! It will affect your results for sure. It would be best to use a sugar substitute that caramelizes such as Lakanto monk sugar or Swerve

    Do we need to grease the pan before putting the cookie batter on??

    • @biggerbolderbaking
      @biggerbolderbaking  5 лет назад

      Hi Mina! If you are using a non-stick pan, no need to. But if you are using other kinds, I would suggest that you do lightly grease your pan with flavorless oil or butter. Hope this helps www.biggerbolderbaking.com/stovetop-cookies-recipe/
