Ya bro it's a damn good laser for what it is for sure and can be used for what you want it for. It's faster and the Light Burn program is awesome. Ya 2 shirts tops and what you can do is just cut multiples, the poster board is inexpensive.
try taping the edges together with a sheet of poster board to the top side and cutting through it.. works on some materials we have.. can also try turning power level down..
That would probably work for sure. I will try that. Thanks for the comment. I did a lot of testing with different settings and it's still a fail in my book. It doesn't get a clean cut. I got my CO2 laser now and I know it will be get the job done lol.
The longer ray 5 is a good laser though. If you get a CO2 bro, look at a desk top like that one I show at the end of the video. I will be doing a video on it soon. I appreciate the feedback bro and you’re welcome.

David Comment vas-tu mon ami ? Avoir un traceur c'est bien, mais à mon avis, une découpeuse Laser c'est 100 fois mieux Monsieur. Je vais faire une autre vidéo sur une découpeuse laser CO2 qui est meilleure que le laser à diode dans cette vidéo. Recherchez un laser COS si vous décidez de vous en procurer un. Did you have to assemble this laser?
Yes it took about 20 minutes to do so. Pretty easy. Good laser still, just not what I needed it for.
Diode lasers can't cut clear plastic of any kind. They're also no good for white mylar. They cut black acrylic just fine though.
You need a CO2 laser for the stencil material
