Thing is we never knew Drake as a Marine, unlike Aokiji who was a Marine first, and then left. So I'm not really sure about ranking him. If I had to rank him tho, he'd be 9, above Momonga but below the Admiral candidates.

Judging by pure hype, Kong could be number 2. Also i think Aokiji is stronger than Akainu , ice doesn't tend to do well against lava, which is why he lost that battle, but overall he's a little bit stronger in my opinion.
