Each of the mods has an installation guide on nexusmods. You just have to find your cyberpunk main folder, you can do that via steam by right clicking on your game in the library. Once you open the main folder you drag and drop the files you download into it. My weather mod GONKweather has a picture guide showing these steps. Most graphics mods are like this.
It's funny. I have a situation where the game will not give me a star when killing a civilian or police. The police will not even attack me. They just put their weapon away and go about their business.

For weight capacity, talent tree unlocked, LUT, Gonk Weather, clothing, textures for surfaces, HD rework project, complexion mods, eye mods, hair mods, preem scanner, blur begone, and more stuff along those lines, LOD's. Short the seat, and other vehicle mods. However for whatever reason after days of no stars, It started to just work again. I did nothing. Before that, I had a situation where there were no pedestrians or traffic on the road or sidewalks. Then just out of nowhere it started populating again. Dunno why.
@@kastle_xl pedestrian issue might of been the phantom liberty side mission where the netrunner texts you to steal the twins muscle car. Did you do that mission? That caused me to not spawn NPCs until cdpr fixed it lol

go to the corpo plaza apartment then come back, i had same issue but thats how i fixed it
