Voice of 'Belly' here! It's a surreal experience hearing my voice in a campaign played. Was a pleasure working with Florence, the campaign designer. Hope to see you enjoy the campaign!
Great work. If I get the apache then this is the first thing I want. I'm holding off until someone can confirm that there's a way to remove the stupid dangly clip hanging up in the cockpit. It ruins everything for me
@@calumlittle9828 thanks! I’m not sure there is to be honest, but it may be worth checking in on the forums or on the user files. You may well find that if you’re concentrating on all the other things going on when you’re actually flying, it probably won’t be noticed as much.
Thanks for the video! I was doing fine until it was time to enter the coords for the troops. It just wouldn't take my input. After the 3rd try, I broke down and cued up to that part of your video (thanks for the timestamp), and saw where you cleared out the previous data at the LAT/LONG input line. So I did that on my 4th attempt, and it went right thru to the altitude entry. As a rule I won't watch a video ahead of completing [insert task], but in this instance, your video was just what I needed- thank you again!
My feedback for this flight is that it was an overall a good mission (other than me not knowing that this was a solo flight and the comms). I kinda wish that this mission involved some actual family flight. I've never been to Syria (yes I know our main character has) and the purpose of an orientation flight is to familiarize yourself with the AO and point out key MSRs, hotspots, points of interests, etc. Second, I wish that you could have talked to the GFC or JTAC or FAC and did an actual 5 line. When I did this mission I had George ID the targets and 2 seconds later rocketed them all dead. Instead, I wish we could have gotten a 5 line and were able to confirm friendlies and enemies before going hot (the enemies and friendlies were both near a tree line lol). I also wish there was more checklist per each phase of flight, I liked that he used part of the checklist for landing. Yes I know that this is a game, but it's a game for nerds lol.
Did you fly it today? Curious if you're having collective issues since yesterdays patch. Minus bounces around at 40% so I can lose or gain up to 40%. Flew last night with a couple buddies and about smacked into a tree as I went from 70% to 29%
Was hoping to get your final MAD campaign mission 12 video. Had several attempts, it seems a bit broken with George cpg not picking up targets. Looking forward to this release.
@@iandonald1643 yeah I can't destroy the mi26. I informed the mission maker and he is aware. I couldn't change the loadouts so I put 15 of the 16 hellfires and all 300 gun into the mi26 with it only taking damage
Great video! The radio-/intercom-voices sounds terrible, way to much distortion. But very nice low-level flight. I'm curious how the next missions are.
Here's my confession. The first 2 times I played the mission I followed the 2 helos that took off because I assumed that is what I was supposed to do and nothing happened. The third time I realized I was wrong but didn't know I had to manually contact image and so nothing happened. The fourth time I watched your video and saw that I had to do those things and then flew it and won, lol.
It sure does, I'm currently on mission 6. The only mission so far that I didn't get a complete is mission 2 because the end sequence is broken and even when I land and it tells me that I'm safe to shutdown it still registers the mission as zero percent complete.
Ha ha, 3 minutes and you are already in flight. Funny. No one even knows the main Start-up procedures. I do not know how your navigation system worked, but your inertial navigation system did not even have time to align before takeoff. Apparently in this module this system is not implemented. The briefing indicates the time of departure and you also violated it.
@@Skipper441 Are you really going to judge me on a start up procedure when we don't even have a dtc? Darn I didn't do my fire checks, and the rest of my preflight checklist. It's a game, not real life. Game over man
Something tells me this sim is a lot harder to learn than the old Janes Longbow was.
Fun 1st mission, thank you for the VOD. 🥃🥃

Seems like a much better start than the MAD campaign. Excited for the full experience now.
I'm excited for this camping to come out, we need more apache content.

I didn't realise it was a Brit campaign - makes a nice change.

@Tom P, is the four horsemen campaign playable in co-op, with four helicopters?

Hi, I have problem with this campaign. I have only 300 ammo rounds and have no FCR radar. I cant change this. Did you do anything with this campaign?
