The yellow daffodils really make the view pop!
I like the yellow daffodils with the forsythia.
BTW, the color of the garage was a game changer!
I am loving your garden walking tours! Beautiful way to start a Saturday. Praying that whatever you have been dealing with that caused you to take a month off will be successfully resolved. 🙏
Wow! Glorious indeed! I feel like the yellow daffodils you're talking about at 19:18 minutes in are good where they are. They lead the eye all the way back, where as if they were all white the depth of the garden may be lost.
And the painted garage color made a huge difference! Really looks great.
Danielle, the garden looks so good!! You must be so thrilled with the vista leading to your new library. Many great views from all angles in your gardens - beautiful 😊🌺
Your garden is absolutely beautiful!! ... I really like the yellow daffodils. They do a great job of drawing your eye through the garden. They tie in with your yellow blooming shrubs...And! They hi-lite the pale yellow in the centers of your other daffodils... ❤
I think geraniums would be beautiful. One of my favorite flowers, certainly a flower that has passed the test of time.
Can you please teach us how you care for these gorgeous tulips and daffodils after they are done flowering?
Thank you by the way for the weekly garden tour❤. It has become something I look forward to for weekends.
That salmon impression is just beyond gorgeous! Love Grace trotting in & out of frame, she's so cute!
I love the yellow daffodils!! The eyes just flow from the lingerie daffodils to the bright yellow pop of color. I wouldn’t move them if I were you.
Oh my you have been busy !!!! 🪻🌷💚🙃
I have Dalby and Monty Don's books! UK gardening is always my inspiration! Dalby's photos draw me back again and again! I also like that he features some gardens that include veggies with flowers since I garden with both. Cottage gardening is #1 with me.
Everything is really coming together and looks lively. It's so nice to start Saturday morning with a stroll around your garden with Grace and you. Thanks for inviting us.
I'm in Australia so it's bulb planting season here. I have a new perennial garden planted two months ago with salvia, agastache, lamb's ear, nepeta, alstroemeria and echinacea. After watching your delightful video, I've decided to plant swathes of bulbs between them. Gardening is such a joy 🥰
Girl, we can never have enough bulbs 😝 It looks gorgeous!
I love the yellow daffs and think you need more 😊. They’re so cheerful.
Your garden is so Amazing, a dream for sure❣️
Великолепный сад!
Magnificent garden!
Your garden is amazing, beautiful, gorgeous and stunning !!! 🪻🌷💚🙃
There is absolutely nothing to be sorry about in your garden. I go outside to look at mine and I could cry. 🪻🌷💚🙃
Thank for for the time you put into this video. I loved hearing your dog while you were going through the books :)
Your garden looks beautiful. I would leave the yellow daffodils, they pop bring sunshine and liven up the white vista.
Beautiful ❤
Outstanding both the garden & the library. At this point, you could write your own gardening book. You're definitely in the expert category now😊
Those Lingerie daffodils are incredibly beautiful. I have to look for those! Thank you for the tour. So beautiful
A lace curtain would be nice in garage window..
I’m always inspired by your garden tours!
Thank you Danielle for sharing your fantastic garden !! 🪻🌷💚🙃
Definitely keep the yellows under the forsythia, they work as a great block of colour
توجد زهور ذات ألوان مختلفة مبهجة وجميلة للغاية 👍❤️💯
You should leave these yellow daffodils, they look absolutely gorgeous 😍
Hi Danielle, I love watching your videos! Your calming old soul demeanor adds such level of comfort and love as you share your gardening knowledge and ideas that I feel the beauty of your garden hugging me as I watch you walk us through it! I’m on the hunt for some of these bulbs to add beauty to my yard.🥰🌺
The gardens are looking beautiful! As far as the yellow daffodil, I think you should keep the clump that is evenly spaced between the forsythia and the shrub with yellow highlights. Remove the other two and replace with that beautiful Lingerie daffodil. That will tie in nicely with the ones in other beds. Happy digging!
If those yellow daffodils are not making you happy there moving them sounds like the best idea. I enjoy your gardens so much, have a great day!
Stunning! You are so lucky you don’t have deer. I planted tulips for the first time and they ate almost all of them, grrrr! I absolutely love your tulips, thanks for the walk!
Danielle, I really love the black garage. Everything pops against it. Have you ever considered painting your rain barrel black, also? It would really help it to recede and let your beautiful scenarios shine. Wonderful job!
Oh Danielle, its all so lovely. Thanks for sharing. ..and you KNOW you will not be happy til you move those yellow daffodils. But they are still beautiful even if you leave them there and give them a companion to shine with.
That arrangement sitting there with all the fallen blossoms is an absolutely beautiful little vignette!!! I wish you would’ve slowed down and given us a little view of that! I have a habit of just screenshotting things I find beautiful in videos. My eye for things like that is akin to a classic Victorian glossy photo book
I have gotten into gardening and flower farming in the past two years and your videos have been such a wonderful help. I am having a really tough time just in life recently and came to this video just to watch something & your calm demeanor and knowledge have been such a pleasantry while I am going through things in life. Thank you so much for having educational and beautiful videos like this one!
That was just magical Danielle and the tulip and daffodil varieties you chose are glorious together! I'm going to get my hands on some of those books you showed us - thank you!! 🌷🌺🌼🌷
Cách bố chí sân vườn của bạn thật tuyệt vời ❤❤❤❤
That new daff is AMAZING !!!
For what it’s worth, I say keep the yellow daffodils where they are. They are the right height and tie in the forsythia behind them
What a wonderful garden!!! Absolutely gorgeous, a real master-piece!!! Thank you for showing us this garden Eden and the absolute cutest dog living in it!!! 🤗🌻😍🌸🌼
I love the book recommendations section! I just placed a hold at my library for three of them 😊 Can’t wait to hear more recommendations!!
P.S. I think you should keep the yellow daffodils behind your grandma's bench area. I think they look very pretty there.
Leave everything as you have it. Beautiful
I think you should leave the yellow daffodils where they are since it gives a lovely pop of colour.
Your gardens are exquisite.
I think the yellow daffodils look great with your yellow shrubs. I think it would look too monochromatic if all you had were white. But hats just me.
Love the lingere daffodil💛
The changes you’ve made look wonderful. You are such an inspiration to me!
Danielle your gardens are absolutely beautiful !!
P.S. your assortment of daffodils is amazing!!
Love the Garden Library ❤️
Danielle, the daffodils are amazing! Your garden is so awesome! Great job! 😎
I felt like I was in a botanical gardens! Bravo!❤
Absolutely stunning display 🪴🌷🪴
I lovevthat pop of yellow. However it's your creation.
Love your well designed garden, everything is so beautiful together!
Just as you are inspired by the books you read, I am inspired by your garden! I love it in every season! I like your motto for this year and hope I remember to apply it to myself, both in the garden and in the house! Thank you for sharing with us. 👏👏👏💕💕💕
Update what to do with rocket larkspur as cool flowers. I did grow them and i have so many❣️ any suggested directive about them now???
Danielle, your garden is so beautiful and inspirational. You've made me a daffodil fan and I'm definitely ordering some this year. The garage painted in that shade of black is gorgeous; what a stroke of genius!
Absolutely love ur garden!! I so appreciate u showing it weeds and all. U have given me so many ideas of what to do in my garden. The best part is how u include Gracie!! She’s a sweetheart.
Your Gardens are beautiful 😍
I like where the yellow daffodils are
I love this Saturday stroll idea and ending with book recs. LOVE! Also, I love the Sweetheart yellow daffs. They are a nice contrast to the front of the border softer colors. Great pop in the back !
Climbing hydrangea can take a couple of years to get established. THEN, look out! It grows very quickly and blooms beautifully. It will look stunning on the black. It has a VERY effective method of hanging on to walls. I grow it in zone 4 on a north wall.
I wonder if you might find the yellow daffodils more appealing if you added purple crocus, squill and little grape hyacinth bulbs. I think that’s what make my yellow daffodils more heavenly….seeing the sea of crocus fade as the squill blankets it all and finally the little grape hyacinth’s taking their turn. I have daffodils blooming in places that I never planted and in the perfect places….this happens frequently and makes me realize Mother Nature is the best! Wishing you well and belly rubs to Grace!
GORGEOUSNESS 👍👏👏👏👏
Love Claus Darby’s book, The Cottage Garden!
I would leave the yellow daffs. Beautiful garden love the color of your garage. Everything shows good next to it
Lovely spring garden, congratulations! Since you ask for input, I actually really like the yellow daffodils, since they tie in nicely with the background forsythia and add a little warmth to the otherwise fairly cool palette.
The spring show in your garden is so inspiring! I hope to be able to fill up my beds with spring bulbs this fall. Keep the yellow daffodils. It looks great there.
I like the yellow daffodils with the golden arb and forsythia!
Grace is gorgeous!
I like the yellow Daffodils too in your Garden.Adding more and more varieties into mine .
Thank you Danielle, the daffodil display is stunning!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful garden Danielle.
Your garden looks fabulous! Thank you for sharing blogger, I absolutely love Crane! 🌼🐝
I like the yellow daffodils. Maybe when you dig them up you could scatter small groups around the garden for pops of color. I love your videos ❤
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe smaller pops of the bright yellow scattered around. Rather than just one large group standing out amongst the cream & white ones.
Your spring garden is beautiful and inspirational. I love the yellow daffodils blending with the forsythia. I definitely need more bulbs!
I’ve said it before and will again - you and your gardens are a true inspiration. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I’m battling bindweed. Anyone has any tips?
You’ve been so busy! Amazing progress in just one week, congrats! Would you be able to show us how to make the tepee trellis? Also, to level your raise beds, are you able to do that job yourself? I need to level mine but I’m not sure where to start when the bed is already established/filled with soil.
I saw a neat Terra cotta topper for a teepee like that in the Kinsman catalog
THIS LOOKS GORGEOUS!!!!! It was nice seeing the whole beautiful vista from the back yard. You have privacy, beauty, and just this English country pastoral feeling. I am in love with this space. Nice, nice job!!!!!
I just love your garden and how carefully you walk us through. It’s truly been an inspiration as I develop my own garden. My yard was almost a complete blank slate when we moved in 5 years ago and it is hard to be patient as I gradually add things as my budget and energy allow, but I look forward to having it look as lush and layered as yours.
No matter, I do believe you have an inherent talent In garden design. You have got the “eye”. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vibrant garden.🥰
A garden library! ❤ What a magnificent space! Thank you for sharing!
The weekly walk and talk is so enjoyable, not to mention inspirational. I would not call any of your gardening a failure; they are experiments and you always have a solution! You accomplish so much and I am amazed at the results. Gardens are always works in progress with life getting in the way sometimes. You fulfilled a request unspoken-the book reviews! Please continue to do and expound on them. Thank you so much Danielle!
Always a pleasure seeing your gardens and hearing you talk about plants
Adore your collection of ivory mixed bulbs! Gorgeous!!

The garden is just beautiful and next week it will be even prettier!!!🩷🩷. All your hard is coming alive!! Thanks for sharing!
So inspiring Danielle. The vistas you have created are so inviting. Here in Maine we only have crocuses blooming so hope is definitely in the air watching your video. Thank you! 🌷
Thinking of your raised beds .. in front of Library! Definitely think making path wider will be fantastic!!! Love all your daffodils!!! So pretty!!!
Such a lovely, calming video. Your gardens look so good! Thank you for sharing how fragrant the Martagon lily is, I had no idea, I will be looking for these to put in my garden. Take care, you give me such inspiration and hope.

Gorgeous and peaceful - always love your video strolls through your beautiful garden! Daffodils are spectacular, so many varieties! This past fall is the first time I planted some and I've so enjoyed their early spring cheer.
