They sell the powdered oats now but it's more expensive and less about 250grams less than original. So great idea I will try this in the morning. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Instead of using water use milk it might sound disgusting but I always eat it for breakfast and it’s the best in my opinion water makes it to watered down
Another Nigerian checking in and I second that!😁 You can make fufu with so many things. Oat flour (ground rolled/old-fashioned oats in our nutribullet), wheat flour, and yam flour are the go tos in our house. I even use the oat flour to make pancakes and waffles. Just needs a little baking powder.
when I worked at Starbucks for five years, for our morning markout we would blend a packet of oats, espresso shots, pumps of mocha, a banana if you wanted and whatever milk and it would make such a delicious and think smoothie. I struggle with appetite issues the first half of the day so being able to drink a meal is a life saver! personally this consistency is too thick for me but it's so easy to thin it out just a little, so what a great suggestion :D
This is a great recipe! I especially like that it is vegan. I cook all vegan so I’m always looking for more recipes like this. I make cooking videos too. I’d love to learn more from each other!! Never stop learning and growing!
haven't tried any of those. Always just made regular oatmeal. But my mom used to always pour milk over hot oatmeal to cool it down for me and it was always really fucking delicious. Then when I tried it without milk that was good too, but tbh I did prefer the version of it with the milk *usually* and usually just a little bit more than oatmeal by itself. Quakers oats will always be my favorite lmao. But I've tried great versions of oatmeal that were store bought too.
I've been doing this for years. Came across this trying to make oats pancake. Didn't like it but realized the blended oats tasted better without cooking them.
I mean...really, everything becomes a "trend" at one point or another.😂 We gotta remember though, that just because trends come and go/change so quickly on the internet, doesn't mean they're not used anymore once the internet trend cycle is done with it, lol. Slime is a good example of that! It's still very popular, and a great multi-use tool, even tho it's not a huge trend on the 'net like it was a few years back.
I have done this before many times, out of sheer laziness because I didn’t want to chew so much in the morning…Lol But I blend everything up BEFORE I put it in the fridge for the night. So I just have to take it out in the morning and enjoy.
Lol in the UK we have blended oats in the cereal aisle, it's called ready brek. It's always funny to me when we go nuts on the internet like we've made a massive discovery over something people in another country eat all the time. I don't think I've seen it happen with a thing we have in Britain before.
The glycemic index is increased when you blend oats. Not saying you shouldn’t eat blended oats, you absolutely should if you feel like it, but the fiber you were seeking won’t be in that ❤
Love me some overnight oats because I can never get the consistency right on the stove. But I’ve tried blended oats and that slimy texture was not for me 😩
Grul i have better version of something like that Idk if you will see this but whoever see's this you need to try Sooo first get a bowl and add some raw oats then add some chia seeds some instant Coco and a little bit of sugar. now mix that all up, then get some yogurt any kind just make sure that it's plain and mixes with all the ingredients that you put in the bowl. Now you need to make sure that it's thick, if it's not you need to add some more raw oats. When is thick enough to make balls or any kind of shape you want put them on a plastic plate and freeze it for a couple of hours even if you want you can freeze it overnight. And after your freeze it it's like really delicious snack bar and I will love it I make it almost everyday. Hope you try it🤍
Man when she discovers smoothies, her mind will be blown
Oatmeal and fruit are 2 different things

@@helenageerts2115 I know this… I have one almost everyday. A smoothie can still have oats in it, what does fruit have to do with anything?

😊
Blend the oats by themselves and make oat poweder. It’s easier to clean and you get the same consistency without having to wait overnight 👍😊

Well you have to eat the oats previously soaked
Yeah! That's what I do!!!
you don't wait overnight you sleep overnight
Yes❤❤❤
As a Nigerian, I blend oats with water then pop in microwave for 5 minutes for the perfect and fluffy oat swallow similar to pounded yam 😋
At first I read that as "powdered yarn" and I was genuinely intrigued. However, pounded yam does sound delicious
Instead of using water use milk it might sound disgusting but I always eat it for breakfast and it’s the best in my opinion water makes it to watered down
Omg GENIUS 😮 I’m definitely going to try this!

What is the difference between ground oat vs rolled oat? Is it just faster to prepare?
Well this is to eat not to drink ofc its thick haha
I tried and it's soo good
Brilliant ideas you have!
What if you blended the dry ingredients before adding the almond milk, I feel like consistency would be much smoother.
Texture is good
I like them slightly *chunky* haha but this would totally work!
@@PlantYou IT LOOKS LIKE ICECREAM
I’ve been doing that for the past month and yes you are right. I will never go back to not blending.

It's literally just blended overnight oats. nobody really owns this concept.
I love these recipes! 😊
I love it!!!!! I will try it this week ❤😊
I used to drink blended meal. I can’t eat in the morning so it was very helpful
I actually have tried it this way. For my baby I enjoyed it too. I haven’t made it this way in a while though. Gonna have to do it again
Bodybuilders blend their oats too, this is a concept that has always been a thing in the bodybuilding community 😊
Yeah, because they need to increase the amount of carbs
Yeah, I've been blending oats for many years now lol.
Have been doing this for years ❤ love it

wow i really love it😍💖 this content recipe its easy to prepare when you're in hurry
I always blended my oats. It’s easy to eat which I don’t need to chew much lol
Right lol
This is one of the reasons cream of wheat has always been superior, to me.
Yah thats how my grandparents ate it. They had no teeth. Hey, if we Grind everything before we eat it, we no longer need therth!
🤤 can't wait to try. Thanks.
Hey. I need recipe for this, please 🙏🏼 looks sooo good 🤤
Looks good!
Looks so yummy
Thank you :)
Oh, my God! I have always eaten oats the same way (with different ingredients ofc) and enjoy it every single time. 😁

I like the idea of baked oats (never tried them yet tho)
They’re so good! I have a few recipes :) I’ll post them
Try blended oat powder mixed with peanut butter and honey then you mould them into health bars they are amazing
This is a vegan channel, so not honey. Agave or maple syrup, yes. Bee vomit not necessary

Gosh I’ve doing this for some time and it’s truly indulgent
Blended oats used to be the only way I’d eat oatmeal as a kid! So good
Yes! I thought I had made them up too!
I’m excited to try!!
Gotta try this
Yam! Oats are tasty and delicious •😅.
Always hated the consistency of oatmeal but I think I will definitely enjoy it better like this with some chia seeds & fruit. Going to try it! Thanks!
Look lovely.
Wow😊
MMM THAT LOOKS GOOD
Winco here in Oklahoma has some like Irish oatmeal or something and it seems like it’s ground oats oatmeal. I bet that would be good
Delicious !!!!!!!!
You need to have oat drink. Basically just super watery oatmeal as a hot drink. It's childhood nostalgia and heaven.
I've been doing this for years. Came across this trying to make oats pancake. Didn't like it but realized the blended oats tasted better without cooking them.
Lol it's funny to me that there's oatmeal trends. I'll probably be sticking to my hot oatmeal for now.

Exactly and you dont even have to wait to add the cold or frozen fruit. Cold oats arent that nice in the morning either
My oatmeal game feels so weak considering I still cook instant oats in a microwave

Greeat idea for training snacks!!
Definite gonna try
I pulse my oats in my food processor so I always have some for blended oats on hand.
I can't eat sweet breakfast but I love it still
i do this but then heat it up in the microwave - i love the texture more than regular porridge for some reason even though it is like baby food lol
Yes. Try Dominican Avena. It's soooo good!
Pouvez vous nous donner le détails de vos recettes. Je suis en France. Merci 👍 ❤
I'm not very big on maple anymore. But perhaps I'd try this. And one with oat milk and honey perhaps also. To see which tasted better.
so i think u should use honey instead

My thoughts exactly. I thought ready brek was global😂 the chocolate flavour will forever be unmatched
Yes, it's baby food and yummy
If u bake them for 10-20 min at 350 degrees they taste even better and have the texture of muffins
True. Just add a little baking powder. You can make muffins, pancakes, waffles.
@@amaragrace94 Great idea! Would you recommend adding an egg? Or could you make those without an egg?
I use flax eggs (1 tbs flax meal with 3 tbs of water) instead of eggs
I also blend my oats to make baked oats
Blend the oats dry. Easier to wash 😅
Will it be icecream like, if u put it in the freezer?
Wonder what brand of vegan yogurt that is, looks really creamy and delish
Wow
Looks yummy.
Yummy
I use quick oats in my overnight oats to get a similar consistency!

I blend my oats sometimes because I don't have the patience to cook whole oats. They arebdelicious
Where is the recipe? Looks delicious!
❤
Do you blend it straight before eating or could you take it to work for example ?
Do you have to cook the oatmeal?
Doesn't blending the refrigerated oats make the texture more gloopy? I don't know if I would prefer it to juat regfrigerated oats
Can you give me the recipe, please? 😊
Correct me If I’m wrong…milk and yoghurt shouldn’t be mixed together right?
You're wrong.
Would it work ok with a hand held blender as I dont have any other blender
How long do u refrigerate it
Do you have any savory breakfast recipies?
👍🏻😃
I used to make this every school night for breakfast next day. Except... I used to blend the oats dry for the overnight recipe.
Im curious, wont you get this consistency if you use instant oats rather than blended rolled oats?
我が家のミキサーはパワーがないので、オーツ麦だけをミキサーにかけて、他は手でブレンドしようと思います。
Vegan yogurt is now $6 for a container that only has 3 servings... I just stopped eating yogurt.
It messes with your digestion, anyway.
Coconut yogurt is so much better.
You could easily make your own.
I would have to use real milk and yogurt but looks good
Never had any of them 😭😭
I literally just heard you mention stovetop oats as if that isn't the most popular way to make oats I'm so dumb sometimes lol
A los mexicanos nuestras mamás nos hacen estos licuadotes que parecen masa de pastel desde hace décadas
how long do you refrigerate for
Is there a substitute for chia seeds? I see them in everything, but I can't eat them :(
Try ground flaxseeds
Do this with boiled brown rice I beg y’all it’s heaven
I ate blended oats which’s is basically just oatmeal blended with milk. Or added with (cinnamon, carrots, beets, etc.)
