Yay! I'm not a huge seafood eater, like clams and mussels, but I'd eat this with shrimp and crab. I just love recipes with Nonna! ahhh this is REAL Italian food, simple, few but fresh ingredients, quality, and lots of love. I could watch u cook with ur nonna for hours cause it reminds me of mine, everything is so authentic and genuine. however, I find that when u cook italian dishes in the states you "americanise" the recipes a bit. nevertheless amazing. un bacione laura siete fantastiche e tua nonna e' davvero squisita, mi ricorda tanto la mia xoxox
If there is something I miss so much is those years I had my Mamacita ( the way we called our grandmother) teaching me her recipes . She was a great cook, like your Nonna. I enjoy watching you honoring her this way. That risotto looks amazing!!!

What a great video, I felt like I was home again with my Nonna, I have tears in my eye right now. And the funny part was when you where two where putting the risotto in to the pasta dish...... I loved the two spoons taking it all out. And when your Nonna didn't get every drop of risotto out of that pan I could see her face and I knew she was going back to that pan to scrape out every last drop. My Nonna was the same way and now I am the same way in the kitchen. I have to get every last drop of every dish in the serving plate. Don't want to leave any of the hard work behind. Luv u thanks for taking me back to my 20's when my grandparents where alive.
Your nonna is so sweet. You're very lucky to have had your nonna since you were born. I never had that possiblilty of being with my grandparents because my parents emigrated to Canada before I was born.
