I just can't thank you all enough for all your sweet words!! It's amazing to see how much my nonna is loved by all of you!! I will call her in the morning (it's currently 1am in Italy) and let her know how sweet you have all been towards her!! We love you guys!! xoxo
I always enjoy your videos laura ! Ive learned so much from you ! My mother always cooked for me but after loosing her to breast cancer ive had to learn alot on my own , thank you so much
Laura - There are two reasons why you should spend more time filming your Nonna in the kitchen with you. The first reason is that the two of you are a treat to watch and her recipes are great. The second reason is the two of you deserve to spend as much quality time together as you can. Think of the thrill of your children and their children watching these videos of you two together teaching them the traditional recipes which are at the root of the Italian culture.
Definitely more Nonna!!! She reminds me of my grandma who passed away many years ago. What I wouldn't give to see her again and cook with her. I love that your Nonna is clearly more comfortable in front of the camera this year!
More Nonna! More Nonna! You're right. We all adore her! She's so loveable and we can sense how much she means to you and it spreads across to us! We love her too!
Laura's Nonna is absolutely the best. She's full of wisdom and she's charming. Laura, hope you'll have more episodes with your grandmother. She's so adorable.
Nonna's just another word for LOVE! I love how you & your Grandmother cooked together in her kitchen, it brings back memories of my Grandma, who is with our beautiful Lord now, but I still can hold dear all the memories of watching her cook or us cooking together in her kitchen, it's something that is so priceless & I'll always treasure.
Omg!! Please! Do more videos with Nonna! I just love this! My grandma raised my brother and I, and I am very close with her. We love to be in the kitchen together. It's so sweet and wonderful.
You're grandma is sweet and your time together is precious, you're blessed to be able to visit her regularly! And you know why else it makes it sooo special for me to watch? Because our grandmas look abit alike, it warms my heart x
Every time I watch your videos with you and your grandma, I think about my grandmother (she passed away 3 yrs ago). She was my second mother.........we were very close and I miss her a lot! Viewing your time with her brings tears to my eyes.......cherish these moments :)
What a blessing, you are a wonderful granddaughter. The memories you will always have are priceless. I lost my grand parents very early in life and missed so many wonderful things. You are so blessed. XO Melissa
Omg! I love your nonna! She has so much in common with mine!! She uses a ton of olive oil, she keeps Christmas decoration (I'm talking about the magnets :D ) even if it's not Christmas, she puts rollers in her hair, when she wants to officially present herself :D and she also has blue eyes :) I just had tears in my eyes in the end, just because I miss my grandma.. :)
I LOVE NONNA SO MUCH SHE IS SO SWEET IT MAKES ME SMILE. I wish I had a gradma like nonna... I also wish I had a rich culture like Laura, being fluent in two languages and identifying with two cultures is one of the things that makes Laura such an interesting person...
Please more videos with your Nonna! She is wonderful and I miss cooking with my grandmother so much now that she has passed...who knows how many more years you will have! Get every moment you can!
Words can't even describe how delicious that pasta looks...! I love these videos that you do with Nonna. I really dofeel like I'm a special guest at her house, watching you both cook. Thanks, Laura! 😄
You are so lucky to have your nonna! My grandmother died 6 years ago and i never had the chance to cook with her like that! God bless you and your family! you are simply adorable and a good example of a perfect wife and friend!
Wow I would really love to see what those zucchini flowers taste like. I I'm not a gigantic fan of the caned tuna, but I think overall this recipe looked and I'm sure tasted absolutely fantastic. You're lucky to still have your grandmother, and that's pretty cool watching your work with you on the show.
Laura, watching you cook with your Nonna was delightful. What a blessing! I thoroughly enjoyed this video and all the videos with your Nonna. She's a doll. More videos with Nonna please! Let's get Laura to Italy more often!
These are probably my favorite videos of yours. There's nothing better than cooking with the person who's the reason you love cooking. I hope you get to see her more in the future! There may not be a tomorrow. That's why spending time with the people you love is so important.
Yes more videoes with Nonna! She is the cutest, I love the sweet little smiles she breaks out with - you might miss them, doesn't happen often, but when it does it's so dang cute. I love classic recipes, this one is awesome.
Nonna is actually super smart for keeping the oil in considering there's tomato in there. Most of the nutrients in tomatoes are fat-soluble meaning they won't be released in water, thus your body won't be able to absorb it without oil.
Absolutely YES to more videos with Nonna, she's so adorable and reminds me so much of my Nan who has passed just over 2yrs ago, bless u guys and lots of love from London xx
Loved it! It would be fun if you did a cooking video with your Nona but all in Italian! So she can explain more things, and maybe you can add subtitles? 😊
I voted thumbs up for your sweet Nonna. She's just lovely. I adore how she's so protective of you and how she's wanting to make your job so much more special. I see where you get it Laura. I wish I'd had a Nonna in my life to teach me all the special things you give us. Bravo Nonna. And yeah, I voted thumbs up for you to be able to go to Italy many, many, many, many more times to cook with your Nonna.
Well, for someone who doesn't speak italian, that's the same. Just as all arabic languages sounds the same if you dont know arabic, spanish and portugese sounds the same if you dont know spanish, norwegian, swedish and danish sounds the same if you dont know any nordic language :p Italian is still beautiful :D
Thank you so much for another video with your nonna. I lost my grandmother when I was 14 so never learned to cook with her. After I was married, I learned to cook with my husband's grandmother. She was a great cook and wonderful teacher. Treasure those moments you have with your nonna and, please, make more videos with her. I love the Italian cuisine and want to learn more authentic recipes. Keep up the good work with your cooking show..
Seeing you and your Nonna cook together was so refreshing. It's obvious you two have a great relationship and she seems completely lovely. I hope to see more of you and your Nonna cooking together. great job!
These are some of my favorite videos on your channel. Being in Italy with your Nonna gives a very special, authentic ambience to the videos, and it is obvious how happy it makes you to be there. I am all for it!
Can you tell me what did she exactly do that made you laugh and think that shes funny? Stop praising for something that is not true and stop being fake, gosh! She cute, but definitely not funny.
Butter 007 Wow, what crawled up your ass and died there? she doesn't have to justify what she deems to be humorous and she certainly doesn't owe you and explanation. Just because you don't find her funny doesn't mean other people can't and the fact that you went out your way to belittle her for sharing kind words and hurting no one is just sad.
Please bring your nonna back as often as you can! I have precious memories of cooking with both of my grandmas as well as my mother, and I cherish those memories. When you love someone, you need to take the time, make the effort, to spend time and make those irreplaceable memories with them. The day will come when those opportunities are over, and then these memories will be even more precious. Your sweet nonna is lovely, by the way!
Che bello cucinare con la Nonna! ^_^ It's so lovely to see the two of you together. Every video you do is wonderful, of course, that goes without saying! But the ones you do with your Nonna are just extra special. While you have her, please share with us a recipe for gnocchetti verdi! Or panzerotti pugliesi, or possibly some chiacchiere for something sweet xD
I love your accent! :) You speak so cutely and the switch between the two languages is fun :) For me personally is like repeating, as I understand Italiano, but must be interesting for others. Please, mic up nonna! I'd love to hear her speak :P
Hey Laura, maybe next time your in Italy you can have your nonna do an episode with you speaking Italian and we can watch it with the English transcoding ( if that makes sense)
Oh my goodness!!! This video brought a huge smile to my face, absolutely love it! Definitely need more cooking videos with nonna. The way she sprinkled the bread crumbs lol too cute!!!! God bless you guys🙏🙏🙏🙏
Just take notes of the ingredients.. they even said nonna doesnt really measure.. as long as the ingredients are there.. you can see by eye how much they used!!!
I love videos with your Nonna! She reminds me of my grandma whom I don't see as often as I would like but seeing videos like this makes me so happy knowing that one day I will get to visit her and spend time with her like you do. Fill it with all the memories you possibly can and feel her love for as long as possible. Such a sweet lady:-)
Laura I love the videos with your nonna, but I would love to see her take more control of the cooking, so we see her style. I know you worry a lot about the image of your videos and what not. BUT, the idea is that we see her cooking style. You should really take the back seat next time and let her do her thing hahaha
Love, love, love!! Cherish her every second, as I'm sure you do. My grandma taught me so much about cooking. I miss her dearly. What I would give to cook just one more time with her. Visit with your family as often as you can. & of course film it, lol.
Which region of Italy is your family from? I understand some Italian but your accent is a little hard for me to pick up. I don't mean any offence! Love your videos xx
Mariana Dalló It is not a matter of accent but of dialect ! She is from Naples and she speaks Neapolitan dialect with words completely different from the real Italian language. In Italy there are a lot of dialects ! Greetings from Italy ! :-)
Oh, how I love Nonna. She looks a little like my grandmother and only recently did I start really paying attention to what she does in the kitchen. I had to write it down the day after and there was a lot of, "a little this, a little of that, just as much as you want..." That's the beauty of a Nonna. Cooking that comes from love. Thanks, Laura!
l loved this...cooking with your Nonna although it brought with it a few tears for me. l'm married to an Italian (he's from Tirano) and his Mum, whom l called Nonna, shared with me a lot of her recipes, cooking tips and secrets. Our time together is short and we should share and chiarish every second.
Such a sweet video. Reminds me of the memories I had cooking with my Nonna. You're very lucky to have your Nonna still happy and healthy at this age. Please make more videos with her and embrace the time you have with her.

I wish I'd had a Nonna in my life to teach me all the special things you give us. Bravo Nonna. Italian is such a beautiful language! Everything sounds romantic
They're speaking Neapolitan most of the times, tho'! :)
Ivan Vinson its Italian with a neapolitan dialect, there s no neapolitan lanuage i believe :-)
CrimsonFantasy Well, you have a point, I must say. But now you know what they are exactly speaking.
CrimsonFantasy Spanish and Portuguese does not sound the same at all! I know it and I am not even spanish.
These are some of my favorite videos on your channel. Being in Italy with your Nonna gives a very special, authentic ambience to the videos, and it is obvious how happy it makes you to be there. I am all for it!
Your grandmother is so funny and cute, I would love to see more video with her
Can you tell me what did she exactly do that made you laugh and think that shes funny? Stop praising for something that is not true and stop being fake, gosh!
She cute, but definitely not funny.
Butter 007 Wow, what crawled up your ass and died there? she doesn't have to justify what she deems to be humorous and she certainly doesn't owe you and explanation. Just because you don't find her funny doesn't mean other people can't and the fact that you went out your way to belittle her for sharing kind words and hurting no one is just sad.
Butter 007 chill dude lol
Your nonna is just the best Laura ! I love how you guys vibe ! Precious moments like this warms my heart.

Please, mic up nonna! I'd love to hear her speak :P
she is so like my grandmother. would love to see her in every episode. feels nice to watch you both cook together.so natural :)
Hey Laura, maybe next time your in Italy you can have your nonna do an episode with you speaking Italian and we can watch it with the English transcoding ( if that makes sense)
That would not work because they're speaking in neapolitan :)
So neapolitan wouldn't get translated by google/youtube as italian would ;)
I love these videos!! The bond you guys have is priceless. I lost my grand mom when I was 10 yrs old, & I am now 44yrs old, & I miss her everyday!!!
Spanish and Italian are really similar. I understood a couple phrases, especially the ending.
in this video no italian language only napoletan language...you've to study better..
Luca DeFra sorry man, it sounds like italian but thanks for correcting me.
Luca DeFra you’ve to learn manners “better” when speaking to others

Your Nonna is so sweet! I love watching the interaction between the two of you, it's so endearing and heart warming.
Which region of Italy is your family from? I understand some Italian but your accent is a little hard for me to pick up. I don't mean any offence! Love your videos xx
She's from Naples! :)
I see why I don't understand very well. I spent about 2 months in Verona (a long time ago) and their accent is quite different. Thanks!
Mariana Dalló Parla napoletano nel video, anch'io non lo capisco molto. :)
Mariana Dalló It is not a matter of accent but of dialect !
