Rct starting m ye normal h because of vital pulp n capillaries, BMP k bad bhi bahot tim bleeding hota h, tab ya to remaining pulp tissue ya perforation reason ho skta ho skta h...
Remaining pulp tissue or perforation k karan kabhi kabhi esa ho sakta hai....ache se working length lekar BMP karke and medicate karne se thik ho jayga, bleeding nhi honi chahiye, slight pain recover ho jata h obturation k bad bhi..
सर कई बार ऐसा होता है की ऐक्सेस ओपनिंग के बाद सेकंड विजिट में फाइल डालते ही दर्द होता है तो फिर ज़ायलोकेन देना पड़ता है सर इसमें मुझसे कहाँ गलती होती है
