It worked for folder contents but did not remove 'padlock' from the folder. Created new folder & moved contents to that. Suggestion, use a screen capture programme rather than a handheld phone, which is juddery and has focus issues.

I found that clicking the Compress button then unclicking it unchecks it. Not sure if it works quite yet but it did uncheck it and remove the lock.

Format attıktan sonra açmak istediğimde dosyaların üzerinde kilit işareti görüyorum ve erişim engellendi uyarısı alıyorum; dosyaları masaüstüne dahi atamıyorum. Format atmadan önce sanırım bitlocker ile şifrelemiş olabilirim.
Yalnız garip olan harici diskteki pek çok dosyaya erişebiliyorum, yalnız benim için en önemli olan bir dosyanın içerisindeki yüzlerce pdf dosyasına erişemiyorum.
Bütün yetkileri vermeyi denedim, sahipliği aldım ama bana mısın demedi. Sizin yöntemleri denedim; şifre yok mesajı veriyor. Sorunumu ücret karşılığı dahi çözebilecek, bana yardımcı olabilecek kimse var mıdır acaba?

It's an encrypted file, and you will need the EFS certificate to unlock it. Most digital items come like this and are locked to the account so you can't share the items; also known as DRM.
