Aise karne par sahi ho jata hai but jab dushre excel sheet ko save karte hai to fir waise hi lock wali icon lag jata hai or soft copy share nhi ho pata hai Please solve my problem

I formatted my pc after setting this encryption to some files, I did a clean Windows install, are my files lost forever?

I did window 10 and after that its showing file access problem and showing padlock on excel files. Please guide me to solv this issue

No seccfully only on time after coming

It worked for folder contents but did not remove 'padlock' from the folder. Created new folder & moved contents to that. Suggestion, use a screen capture programme rather than a handheld phone, which is juddery and has focus issues.
