Heyyyyyy Amy. We are back. Ooo. Large home. Like that front sitting area by the dining. I like designated ding spaces separate or open concept. Love the pool bath door. No wet ppl walking through the home. Large living room. Cozy curved nook. Love it. Love this kitchen. Backsplash and that bonus space. Good size bedrooms with Jack n Jill. Love the separated dual sinks. Another bath and bedroom 🙌🏼. Large loft/bonus room. Large laundry 🧺 with sink/cabinetry/counters. Large primary. En-suite. Lovely home for those that can climb stairs. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing home, and as always you can sell freezers to Eskimos 😂 I'm a fan of the enclosed games room and the second floor master. I'd install a barn door to isolate the 2nd bathroom and the 3rd bedroom, giving more privacy to an eventual guest (at night). Cheers
Hey amy, this may came off wild, but is it possible to use wallpaper instead of tiles as kitchen backsplash? What are the downside? Oh and what is the hideous metalic thing usuallly above the cooktop? Is it really nessecary?
That hideous metallic thing is the vent, for removing cooking smells, smoke, steam or whatever. Many different styles to choose from if the exposed look isn't for you, but you really do want to have it. Even if you never use it, you want a vent there.
You can definitely use wallpaper instead! And as Mark said below, that's a vent hood. You don't have to have it but you would probably then have the microwave over the stove... and you would want that to have a hidden vent in the cabinet above.

Is it still Dec or Jan 2024 timeline to open these large houses for sale under phase 2?
Heard it from the source that they expect to be able to sell in December.
@@HeartandHomeOrlando Thanks Amy
