  • Early this February I was invited along to accompany my good Italian buddy and co host photographer, Luigi Nespeca, on one of his day workshops here in Abruzzo Italy. There is no other photographer in Italy that knows this area as well as he does, and it was a great opportunity for me to check out a new area for future workshops I head in this rugged region of Italy. Although we were set to photograph on location the ice that should set over the lake, on this day it just didn’t happen. Maybe the water below was just too warm due to a late winter start this year. Just the same conditions paid off for some interesting photography and video to share for you guys on RUclips.
Here in this video I share with you some of my composition techniques, and what to do when light isn't good and you are forced to make the best out of a mad situation.
I hope you enjoy the content and find it useful. Don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you already haven't, like the video, click the notifications button for my next video and I would love to see your comments here on the video. It all helps keep the photography community alive.
This June I will be heading another workshop in Abruzzo together with Paul Thomson and co host Luigi Nespeca. If your interested in coming along with us click the link below.
