If you have the time, I'm curious: I might be moving to a larger city early next year with more expensive listings where photos, floorplans, drone AND video is the norm. One realtor I know well (potential client) uses a REP company that sends in 2-3 people to get a 4000 sq ft home done in 60-90 minutes. The realtor balked at the idea of asking a homeowner to leave for 3 hours because a solo photographer (ie. me!) could do it all. As you shoot larger, more luxurious homes can I ask do you typically shoot these solo, or have 2 member teams (ie. one for photo, one for vide) because of the realtor wanting to keep the shoot at 60-90 minutes? I'm wondering how long it takes you :)
How much can you charge for a starting video, I have visited about 80 real estate agencies and none of them have accepted a free trial, I even give them drone shots, all for €400 to houses worth more than €1M and still nothing. Greetings from Spain

I'm an electrical apprentice in Southeast Tennessee but my true passion is photography. It would be a dream to build a company like you did and work for myself! Recently pulled the trigger on starting a real estate business. So much more to learn and appreciate your content and transparency in business operations. Learning curve is daunting but you show it’s possible, especially since I’m a one man show. Noticed also that you are in my area. 😮. I have a lot to do to even be near your level. Wow. One day..

Is flying a drone over the road like that legal?
Sustained flight over an assembly of people/vehicles could he deemed as "illegal". They weren't sustained in flight.
