My brother did a restoration for a 2002 Proton Wira. It's sentimental cause it's dad car and he passed away few years ago, overall restoration cost around 20k for car that's insured price for less than 10k. Seeing a 18 years old car with almost factory looking condition brings up great memories.

@@seanliew7343 well we did spoke about value of performing such restoration. Two thoughts here, restoration is only for passionate & extra money to spare or even have a second/third car, it's may not applicable for average drivers who change their cars every 5 years.
Crazy prices to pay for washing and polishing a car .. only to get it dirty in a week's time on the road. I think more suitable for cars that are just parked in the garage as the owners' collection. I'll just go buy the meguair series and DIY. Simple one day effort. There's gotta be a point of diminishing marginal utility after a certain price point. Definitely for the rich people. And the job creations! :)
@@orekampung thats reality, we all would love to have our cars clean with filtered water, but we only can afford installing filter water to drink.. we all loves v8 or v10 or v12.. but or road tax structure, most of us cannot afford.

All are grey imports. Yeah very very few wagons in Malaysia. So far only Volvo has officially imported wagons into Malaysia and I think there's a huge fleet of Mercedes-Nirvana editions running around hahaha

Torr HTHC obviously there are so many envy eyes, itchy hands and careless people out there. Of course the only solution is for you to hide your car but you definitely cannot run.....run away from these misfortunes.
The hose, every nut, screw, every panel, every seam, basically everything. Cleaned and returned to original condition - if you can afford this service and you want, they can.

You can actually. And if other places charge you 4-5k he also can do that job, but he does it better and use more time

Different .... for example removing all the badges to clean the gunk underneath, then polish and wax and coat ... then only place the badges back.
