No matter how times change - Dalaras was, is, and will be simply one of the best singers in the world! I am not a Greek - but a German lady living in Scandinavia, who was living in Greece during many years and understand the language. I have been listening to Dalars almost all of my life!
I believe that music transcends all language barriers. For me Dalaras is a master musician and especially vocalist. I’ve been listening to him for decades now, I listen to his music daily and will do so until the day I die.

It was all in Greek but we could understand most of it and Wow! Dalaras was going to play in the ancient theatre of Dion(built by Alexander the Great) on the next night. We joined the almost entirely greek crowd and boarded free buses the next night and were blown away by the wonderful Greek audience and the interplay with Dalaras.
