I would highly advice against practicing offline. So do all other good pilots I know. The flight model is very different and you'll learn bad muscle memory and wonder why flying in a live match feels so much harder. I don't know the specifics of why, probably has to do with ping, server health and fps. Instead what you should do is go to the custom server browser and finds a server running the same HTD mod you show here. Lately THR and Melzy are hosting open servers with the HTD mod so hop on one of those.
nah, you need to learn the basics - the best way to do it in in offline, with disabled or turned down damage, just get used to feeling of heli, the fov. then go to online server that is empty or with that mod and practice.
@@ne0ck237 Why would you practice offline and get the wrong feeling of the heli? There is zero reason to do that when there are servers running HTD in the custom browser that you could use instead and get the correct flight model.
I would highly advise against practicing online. One of the servers that is online is full of CAS Griefers, blowing you up as you spawn in. The other server is so laggy you can't spawn or get in the helicopter.
yeah no , as someone with over 5k hours 2k flying , thats the stupidest thing ive heard , yeah games and offline feel different but offline is still the best way to learn the basics of how to fly , land , everything , you sayin that just caused 50 new pilot to load up and waste helis
@@Enfiesquad helis dont feel different in offline ? what are you on about ? at best the environment is different and the vibe , only different is people arent trying to shoot you
I consider myself to be a mid to high tier pilot in terms of skill and I still installed this to fine tune my j-hooks, and I set it to "extreme" landings only, and was surprised at how far i was sometimes from landing in the circle, so this will definitely help me. Thanks for this video!
Good video. Didn’t even know this mod existed. I used to just go into Jensen’s and use the change layer command to go to a map like Yeho and but also had to use commands to spawn helis. This makes it way easier and love the fact it gives you targets to try.
Nice vid! I was trying it last night, with j-hooks.. but clearly it's not really calculating the scores for those well. Cause you're basically entering the circle and then the timer starts. I've never gotten more than 60% score..

quick tip, you can open console & go to the map directly on main menu, you don't have to load jensen's range
damn, i was excited that this was a mod that helped with flying. it gives sonic rings and circles. cool

Cool, it's really good for learning. To find out, do you use your keyboard or mouse?
how did you make the game 4-3 without making the graphics microwave level
Is this with a keyboard and mouse?? can you make a vid showing how you use the keyboard and mouse movements??
yes I will!
