This excellent tutorial was recorded using the March 2023 stable release. Looking at more recent tutorials, I am amazed at the development of the user interface (which Dimitar mentioned), and also the feature development. Six months ago, it looked so clunky as compared to today. And I am sure that six months from now, it will be even more amazing!

BlenderBIM is indeed being developed at a very rapid pace!

i think until Inkscape dont improve in terms of stability, proper Units & grid system, robust block system and basic cad tools, OpenBIM will lack documentation functionality which holds a great importance in the BIM process.

I recommend you check out Freecad, as it already has pretty proper documentation functionalities
