Some of those points include logical arguments not made previously, and some points have a few additional documents supporting them. So I think my new logical arguments will be accepted as elaboration, but the additional documents will be ignored by the commission. But do I risk having my entire case rejected?

Great video. Thank you. 16 years ago, i resolved many consumer complaint issues of my friends in Goa. Got product exchange done, got cash refunds etc. I did all this online from my home by writing to the consumer complaint website. i dont use the online platform anymore because m not happy with the service. no one takes proper interest in the problems and no proper replies. Hence I gave up complaining and I gave up fighting. Please let me know if there is a proactive online website which helps people to resolve consumer complaint issues. The consumer forum office is 20 kms away from my house and consumer court is 30 kms away. Thank you.
