Mam, final decision done, bailable and non bailable Warrant issued, uske k baad b opposition nahi aye, oppsition took 3 more dates. now court again gave next date after 2 months, what are next steps should I take now

I have been asked to serve RC Order within 7 days. As far as i know from the internet does it mean by Recovery Certificate? If correct what is the format?
Recovery certificate is issued by the commission from where you got the order . One way is the same court will stat execution proceedings when to apply .Another way is you can request for recovery certificate which court can issue certificate you can submit it before revenue authority/SDM who will recover the amount the way they're over govt revenue

I've already filed EA and appeared on first listed date, it was informed by the commission that the notice has been served. but opponents have not remained present on that date.
Since that day no new date seems to be posted on case status website.

How to execution pitition transfer from consumer court to civil court?

I had filed a complaint against insurance company for deducting extra money from me on my vehicle. The order was in my favour. The order has directed the insurance company to pay money and have also granted me compensation.
It's being 3 months. But no money received. What to do? Should I file execution proceedings? What is the provision?

Hi Team Legistify! I Need Help With... I filed a case in consumer court against a builder for my refund . Builder never respond on court notices and after some proceedings judge gave judgement with in my favour and builder as ex parte ordered builder to return money with compensation. But even this builder didnot refund my money. Now again I filed case with section 25 and 27 . Now court gives me date of one month. Please tell what are possibilities of my refund.
In case builder has not gone in appeal ,the court will go ahead with warrants and builder will have to pay .

The judgement debtor has been summoned to be present for hearing.
My counsel is representing for me. He says I also must be present for hearing. I am outstation currently.
Please advise me, without my presence but in presence of my counsel can court allow hearing ?

Mam I have submitted my documents regarding my case to the court on 02-11-2021and on that date court is agreed to serve the notice to the opposite party and then they gave the first hearing date, 10-12-2021but on that date opposite party is absent now the court gave me 23-12-2021as next date. I just want to ask what is the maximum waiting time period for the opposite party? What will happen if the party doesn't attend the 2nd hearing?
Opposite party is given maximum 45days to reply and if does not do so ,you can request court to proceed ex parte ,meaning opposite party,s right to reply is taken and now you can file your evidence /affidavit ,the next step
@@ConsumerAwakeningMission from which date we will count for 45days..?? I mean to say that 45 days from the notice issued from court i.e. 02-11-2021or from the 1st hearing i.e. 10-12-2021.
After notice issued to them ,first time therty days time given court may give 15days more ,on next date it will be 45days

I would really appreciate it if you could guide me.
I have requested bank for my second new salary account with a different email address and mobile number for better tracking for my transaction and reimbursement. Initially bank executive tried for online account opening but it was not successful as I had one old account with bank. Bank suggested for physical form method to open my new account with new customer id and email id and mobile number but one day bank changed my email id and mobile number of my old account without my knowledge consent documentation. Denied any complaint. On repeat email complaint bank replied E aadhar / biometric verification and documents taken for new account opening only was considered as my consent to change details of my very old bank account ? And shared intimation letter sent wrong location or having no acknowledgement or tracking details intimation letters. Is it right? What can i do? It's miss use of my documents and un authorised changes were done with my banking credentials. How law can help me. Plz guide

1. As bank was aware of my old account, then they should not created my new account as my need for having seperate email id and mobile number. It's wrong selling?
2. As bank created new customer ids with new details then before any merger and changing account email id and mobile number and address, bank should have taken my consent. ?
3. Bank has given written reply to my complain that my eaadhaar biometric given for only new account opening was considered as my consent for changing account details for my old account. I was never informed to me or I have never signed any documents for changing my old account details. This is not right?
4. Can bank change my banking details and do merger of account without customer consent or knowledge? Even in the case of signature miss match between both account?
Mam, suppose court passes ex parte order against xyz company in the favour of the complainant. Then, how will the complainant gets the compensation/refund? Please make a video and share all the possible ways so that complainant gets its compensation/refund.
You should have correct address details of opposite party If order is not executed after 30 days from the order you need to file execution proceedings
@@ConsumerAwakeningMission mam but how execution is actually works? Company does not have any office, then what will court do in that case? Court bank ko order kregi k company k bank account se muje compensation/refund kre? Aur agr bank account m bhi balance ni hai then??
