That is not how business works... but good try. The object of a faceless channel has nothing to do with passion. Its having an easily replicatable workflow with minimal hands on labor able to produce content for a given market. Passion does nothing for the fail or success of such a business. The only reason that statement ever came out was a lazy excuse for people to give up when they got burnt out. Passion for a project may keep you invested at the start... but it is not a long term business model.
@@christopherpoet458 I wouldn't say passion but willingness to know the product or service you are offering and how it can solve problems people have. Passion can play in a role of wanting to learn more on the industry you are in but ultimately too I would say the willingness to take on the other aspects that come with it. Say you want to freelance as a designer. This isn't only design work you are doing but also some accounting, sales, marketing, and sacrifices such as time with friends and family as well as money in the beginning. I don't think you should not like what you are selling in order to be successful but also look at what you will have to get into in order to make what you want to get into successful. Some people burn out when making video game content because every time they play a game, they may have to stream it for content even if it's a game they want to play now. Playing it the second they buy it without recording it can just be a missed opportunity. That was one thing I learned as a preteen making RUclips content. I wasn't at the time willing to hit record, edit, and upload every time I played a game. I also didn't have the resources for it such as harddrive space or good internet with upload speed. Now however I do at work edit videos and have fun with the process of making video content. One reason I am considering content creation, it is something I can see myself doing WITH the accounting, marketing, and sales aspect in mind. I also don't think faceless is a bad thing I just think lazy faceless because you only want to make money doing the bare minimum is. Maybe short term it works but long term especially now if everyone does it, it will definitely not pay off. You might have to figure out your way of using what you learned from making those into something that can be scaled like a business. Brands for example also will need influencers a ton for promotion especially now since they are the ones who have the audience. Meta and TikTok already have an affiliate program specifically for this but it only works if people can see real people using said product or service and applying it to a common problem a majority of people in that specific industry have.
@@christopherpoet458 I would say willingness is the thing not passion. If you want to freelance and start your own business with what you like to do, that means having the willingness to learn sales, marketing, and accounting as well. Knowing what being an entrepreneur means is what will help you see things for what they are and then decide if this is the path you want to take. Also the willingness to consistently learn the industry you are in. In design, there are tons of people complaining that jobs require you to know more than graphic design. Now they want someone who can record videos and create motion designs. What they really want is someone with marketing or content creation but it does seem the industry is going that way. It doesn't require much to do these things hell Capcut helps a ton with the video and motion stuff (assuming most businesses just want moving text or some animation when their logo pops up). Passion is defined as "strong and barely controllable emotion." That will burn you out. Willingness, "the quality or state of being prepared to do something; readiness." The second is something of preparation and being realistic, the other is just a giant meteor coming to earth causing tons of damage.

Your first error was hiring off upwork. You should always begin DIY until your channel is monetised and profitable. It’s easier to just buy a monetised channel for 150-200 bucks
If you have the funds to outsource work to those who are better than you, do it. Don’t buy monetized channels unless you plan to build on top of the existing audience they have built
@@darlucey the whole purpose of an automated channel is to make money. Until it’s sustainable you have to DIY or at best use AI. Spending money on the theory you’ll make it back with future earnings starts you off on the wrong foot, in debt. As I say if you are going to spend on anything it would be a monetised channel so you can earn from the first video. Usually the first video on a pre monetised channel will earn back two hundred anyway. So it’s essentially a safe bet.
One mistake that seems overlooked. This was touched a bit on the channel number one mistake but not fully understood. Never do something just for the money. It won't last, unless you're an absolute psychopath.

I completely agree with you, nothing is further from the truth then 90 percent of the RUclipsrs (begging) for attention because they see their records and stats growing smaller and smaller. They fear there (cash cow) so they will do anything (lie) to anyone to keep their views.

So I Will be doing this business for a while, until when I don’t know but I can’t give up yet!
I went to your channel and started your family travel to Europe vid. Within 10secs I wanted to turn it off because of the British accent AI voice. Just narrate the videos yourself or pay someone to narrate them for you. No one wants to watch a video they think was made by a robot.
@@bryanfreeland The whole appeal about ai faceless videos is that I didn’t have to show my face and I did try to record my voice and I sounded like I needed vitamins. I couldn’t pick up the pace. Great video, could you make one about shorts? There is a tendency to say that it is very easy to go viral in shorts with automatic videos. But in practice, most automatic channels do not achieve views or do not achieve monetization due to the use of third-party content or repetitive content. Thank you
Hey I am an seo specialist and wordpress developer, I run the website highway clicks. I was thinking of starting a faceless youtube for my niche of seoing, do you think that niche is way to saturated. Its difficult for some reason to get clients I was thinking starting youtube shorts would be a great way to build a base
It's really funny the point you made about the attention rush. Apparently we have a harder time paying attention today because of the various distractions we have especially on our phones. Same time, the people fighting for that attention are people who want to maybe educate someone on world issues, restaurants that want our business, mental help professionals who want to inform people on mental heath issues and educate them on it as well, and even just people who simply play video games but want to make it a career. We are fighting for the thing we lack and have many people demanding from us. Thanks for the video, I actually forgot what faceless really is since most of what I seen on social media is most people just copying and pasting other people's work or doing the bare minimum of asking Chat GPT for a script. Here it seems like you had ideas and looked for someone to help you implement them. There have been some famous RUclipsrs in gaming that I know who never revealed their face for a time or at all. What I think makes them unique though is that they at least have their own voice or way of delivery. Most of the copy paste ones you see in social media are AI voices or just remixes of someone else saying something. I agree with what you said in terms of sticking with one topic. Figuring out how you can also do that I think helps too. My work right now I had that issue where I kept doing different things since we just ran out of recorded videos we could use and trying to find something we can do consistently that people like to see was something we had to look for. Tons of different factors caused it but I think being able to be consistent with the format you want to do helps a lot. Otherwise you end up in the position I was in where I had to find some new way of making content which honestly may not resonate and might alienate your current viewers which I believe you noticed might have been an issue in the first channel.

This was very informative, but some of the things which would be really helpful in analysing the approach is posting frequency, cross channel marketing, the type of niches you pick etc. I hope you try provide these information . Hey Champions, Listen up. Building a RUclips channel ain't a walk in the park. It's a battleground, and every challenge you face is just another opponent waiting to be conquered. Remember why you started this channel? That fire, that hunger for success - that's your fuel. Hold onto it like a warrior holding a weapon. Look, setbacks are not stop signs; they're green lights to hit the accelerator harder. Every misstep is an opportunity to dance your way into improvement. Your channel is not just content; it's a war cry, a battle roar in the vast arena of creation. The algorithm of success? Crush it with consistent, relentless uploads. Your story isn't just a video; it's a chapter in the book of inspiration. Don't count the views; make the views count. And when life throws punches, duck, weave, and hit back with a knockout video. In the grand theater of RUclips, you're not just a viewer; you're the freaking star of your show. Celebrate every small victory, and let every setback be the fuel that propels you to greatness. This isn't a stroll; it's a relentless march toward victory. When the video gets tough, you get tougher. Channel that aggression, that intensity, and turn it into content that roars like thunder. Your audience isn't just watching; they're standing alongside you in the trenches. Be the leader they're proud to follow. You're not just a creator; you're a creator with a mission. Crush doubts, obliterate challenges, and emerge victorious. Life may be 1080p, but your dreams? They're 4K, baby. Get out there, upload with purpose, and make every video a battle cry. This is your arena, and you're not here to just play. You're here to conquer. Now, go out and dominate. Stay relentless. Stay hungry. Let's conquer the RUclips battleground together. SPARTANS!! WHAT is your PROFESSION??!!!

Great video Dar. Can you answer as question for me? Do you have all of your channels under a single AdSense or do you own multiple LLCs? What’s your contingency plans in case a new channel in your portfolio gets struck down?
Good question. I’ve been advised in the past to separate each channel with completely different accounts. This protects you incase of a hack, or if one of your account is banned 😊
Even with tools like Chat GPT, Hey Artificial, and others it’s still a hard task starting a faceless channel! Just keep pushing and you’ll break through ❤🎉
Great video! I just started my RUclips channel a few weeks ago and i hope and pray I can in at least the next few months get 1000 subscribers & monetization. Here's to all the RUclipsrs trying to make it! May we all grew together & be blessed ! And hopefully one day be able to pay the college for our children!
The 6 tips were appreciated. I can’t see how automated, faceless channels will be brands that people would trust or need to trust. Surely that’s influencer territory?
Good point Denise. In a way, yes. IRL Influencers won’t be replaced by faceless brands, but they will serve a different purpose. In a similar way that the likes of Apple and Amazon have a brand that sells, faceless RUclips channels can do the same. That’s not to say you can work on a dual approach whereby these faceless channels have fictional characters as their face. Just want to iterate, automated channels that churn out videos and don’t work on building connection will the audience are not included here.
This is a great video teaching me this is not a easy quick cash grab but a slow grow. I dont know what I was thinking its a get rich quick opportunity. This video is a quick reality check slow and steady wins the race not how fast you go
I have a lot of good idea videos that are poorly executed and they have given me the most views and the most money. This is definitely true. As for the rest, I think with AI tools, you don't even need to hire an editor, script writer, thumbnail maker etc. You can literally get everything you need now with one membership to a good site (I don't know which sites are the best yet and worth the couple hundred bucks a year membership).
You’re right about finding the right idea-it’s like searching for a needle in a haystack! But hey, what if a tool like ReelSane could help convert your ideas into polished videos quickly? Just a thought!

Your value in this video is in your sincerity. I watched through because your information is believable. You've piqued my interest. The best thing you explained was that the dudes online be telling people you can get “10k a month with only phone and wifi” but that it requires ALOT of time and money to grow a simple youtube channel
So it requires alot of time and attention for 9-5 just to get 3k a month
Wow. Brilliant video. There's so much truth and value to everything you documented and shared that I just couldn't stop watching. Thank you so much 🌸🙌✨

These tips are gold for small creators! Let’s all keep pushing forward. Don’t give up! 🚀 #YouGotThis
Where do you find monetized channels for sale?

Great video, could you make one about shorts? There is a tendency to say that it is very easy to go viral in shorts with automatic videos. But in practice, most automatic channels do not achieve views or do not achieve monetization due to the use of third-party content or repetitive content. Thank you
Hey I am an seo specialist and wordpress developer, I run the website highway clicks. I was thinking of starting a faceless youtube for my niche of seoing, do you think that niche is way to saturated. Its difficult for some reason to get clients I was thinking starting youtube shorts would be a great way to build a base
The niche is the most important factor when it comes to RUclips
brilliant video buddy..top man
It's really funny the point you made about the attention rush.
This topic is beautifully articulated. Bravo.

Hey Champions,
Listen up.

I have a lot of good idea videos that are poorly executed and they have given me the most views and the most money. This is definitely true.
