This is what set it into hyperspace. This is one of my favorites. All his dreams are laying before him. So he holds nothing back. He is rolling the dice and ....... We remember you Elvis, and we do love you...still.
Yes, it's true - Elvis is SOMETHING completely different, unlike anything else, it's a clot of incredible positive energy, enclosed in an incredible beautiful body and at the same time possessing an angelic voice
Maybe my favorite early performance. It reminds people what that early Rock & Roll energy was all about. And he was the one radiating it. The Beatles, Zeppelin, Queen...they were all young boys then, feeling his energy, being inspired...he set them on the path. We've got so much to thank Elvis for including so much great music. God bless him. 💙💫⚡☄🔥💥💙💫

Elvis being the king. Elvis, the genius , the king, the man 💙 I’ll be going to Elvis week in Norfolk soon but sadly with out my wonderful Mum and she loved Elvis. I’m hoping she’s dancing with Elvis tonight in Heaven. 💐💐
It always lifts my heart and spirit to watch when Elvis is obviously having soooo much fun performing. BTW - this is not the only song he makes goofy faces on. Go back and check out "Stuck on You" from the Sinatra show. (And just FYI, the artwork I have for you will unfortunately not be ready by your BD, but hope to have it to you by the end of the month - save me a little space in the new studio.)
Young Elvis, having fun on Ed Sullivan, spreading that electricity around all over the world. BTW, he did want to study to be an electrician, really.😊. That first hit record changed his mind. Thanks, Reavis, that one was fun!! Love you and your channel and the Elvis family I find here.❤❤❤

The car of the time, a '57 Chevy. Elvis was energized on stage, much as you are, Relvis, in your story times and reactions. Prayers for Circle G, and continued prayers for Stacey and family.🙏❤🙏
Your reactions to the king are always dead on point. Yes, he had lots of energy. He has the original. He changed everything from rock ‘n’ roll to movies to how you act on stage. Everybody came after him. BTW : I believe that every entertainer today, doing their own thing should take a moment of silence, and Elvis Presley‘s name for starting this great genre of music and legendary performances, he left us!👍🙏🇺🇸🎸⚡️🎹🎶🎤🤘😎👑🔥
He was the original 🔥 he just makes me laugh…btw Scotty his guitarist said that Elvis was so hyper they made him walk at night just to make him tire so they all could sleep…if Elvis didn't sleep you didn't sleep…lol could you just imagine the pranks he played on these dudes while they slept… my goodness gracious he was trip!
Miss Candie😊😊😊😊 you and Elvis got me dancing too with Ray on this fun ...high octane one!💃💃🕺🕺! Elvis facial expressions were funny and his energy level TCB with Africa's electric problems in a flash⚡️⚡️⚡️ Absolutely loved it. Ray...your stories are FIRE 🔥...your twists and turns throughout your tales..you change your voice for the different characters..( your Elvis voice is so good now it's hard to tell if it's you or him talking🤷♀️🤔😊) ❤ By the way I believe Elvis would have absolutely loved all your storytimes and had a good laugh with each one..Elvis favorite car during that time and even into the 70's was the Cadillac ..he also loved the Blackhawk Stutz...like the one he gave you and Stacy. I am looking forward to you opening your packages tomorrow...it is always fun to watch🎁 I know you will have a wonderful birthday with your sweetheart and family.. Prayers for you to have a good report tomorrow from your pulmonoligist.🙏 Love always❤🌻
"Jamal go home!" 😂😂😂 I swear I learn more from you about Elvis every night! I love Story Time With Ray 💖📖💖 THANK YOU MISS CANDIE FOR THIS MOST EXTRA ORDINARY REQUEST 💜🌹💜🌹💜🌹💜🌹💕💕💕💕 THIS IS ONE OF MY EARLY ELVIS FAVORITES ⭐👌 THE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS, THE ENERGY, THE MOVEMENTS, OH THE EXCITEMENT LIKE LIGHTNING SPILLED OUT OF A BOTTLE ⚡⚡ THANK YOU RAY FOR A MOST 🎶WONDER OF YOU🎶 WONDERFULLEST REACTION 💙💐💙💐💙💐💙💐 AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MISS JENNIFER FOR LETTING RAY KNOW ABOUT ELVIS'S RANCH 💜🙏💕 Now I think most here knows me by now. Ray, you expressed a love for the guitar Elvis is playing during that performance. So tonight it's Elvis Guitar history night 🎶🎸🎶 😃 The following is from a website named in honor of Scotty Moore who was Elvis's first band guitarist and Elvis's very first manager. Elvis's 1955 Martin D-28 (guitar): Sometime after the 21st of June 1955 (at least) but by early July Elvis replaced his 1942 Martin D-18 for a Martin D-28 (believed to be a '55 or a '54) purchased at the O.K. Houck Piano Co. in Memphis. Sid Lapworth, who sold it to him, seems to think that it may have been a used instrument and cannot be certain if he took the D-18 in trade for it. At the time, a D-28 sold new for $210, this one would have sold for less than used. One of the earliest pictures of Elvis with it is at the Joy Drive- In in Minden, Louisiana in mid- July. Not long after the purchase of this guitar, he also received and began using a custom made tooled leather cover with his name "Elvis Presley" blazoned across the front. According to Jimmy Rodgers Snow, Elvis had seen the one that his father, Hank Snow had and liked it. Hank had his made by a prisoner years earlier. Elvis's leather cover was made by Marcus Van Story in the basement of O.K. Houck's where he worked occasionally in the piano repair shop. One of the pictures of Elvis with it and the leather cover was taken on July 31st in Tampa, Florida by William V. "Red" Robertson and has become known as the "Tonsil photo". Scotty (Moore) has said that Elvis used this guitar mostly for performing and recording until he got the J200 (guitar) in October of 1956. Though Elvis began using the J200 in October, he used the D-28 on occasion at least as late as November 25, 1956. Sometime during the week between August 13th and August 20th in 1955 had the opening of the leather cover trimmed back, possibly by Marcus, probably as a result of interference with his strumming. Like the D-18 that preceded it, it soon had excessive wear due to Elvis's aggressive strumming style. Around the time that he started using the J200, the D-28 completely dropped out of sight and remains unaccounted for to this date. According to Jimmy Velvet (one of Elvis's friends) however, the tooled leather cover had been in the attic of the home of Alan Fortas, Elvis's friend and bodyguard, but is believed to have been sold sometime before Alan's death and is now in Japan. So this concludes the history (and possible fate) of Elvis Presley's D-28 Martin (guitar). Thank you sammy for your excellent history lesson about Elvis guitar. I was just wondering if Austin Butler used any of Elvis's guitars in the film.
