Second most requested character after Bardock. Because of how long this video is, I decided to put my favorite DBS recreated music. This took a lonnnng time to compile... But I'm happy one of my favorite DB characters has so many good interactions and moments.
As for what I think about all of these interactions:
This is exactly what Xenoverse's story should have been from the beginning imo. I'm slightly disappointed there was nothing special during the Zamasu/Goku Black part, but overall Future Gohan has a ton of cool dialogue and scenes. There's not just the right amount of creative writing here, but also emotion! Sure, there's some inconsistencies (mostly future gohan never going ssj, and DBS Trunks never taking notice of gohan) but it's still much better than a ton of things from the original XV story, and there's a TON of dialogue variations!!
All in all, great stuff, I'm glad the Xenoverse devs had so much more freedom when it came to writing these scenes.

I don't know why, but seeing Gohan train Trunks and Fight 13 with Goku actually almost made me tear up. Still angry no one at Dimps thought it would be a good idea to have DBS Future Trunks to have dialogue with Future Gohan.

Well to be fair, future Gohan never said anything that would piss her off. She also realized it's a different Gohan than the one she knew so she was more intrigued than anything.
Yeah, because normal Gohan called her the "scarier Videl". Which first triggers the normal Videl. Altered Videl overhears and gets equally pissed.. which I guess means they're equally scary now.

Dude, this Gohan is so badass and those moments with Goku and that alternate Trunks gave me feels like when Trunks tried to save him on the main story. Aww... Poor guy was a hero, hje deserved better than being killed by those androids. I must say that this heroic version of the limit x survivor theme fits Future Goha very well.

Future Gohan has a pretty tough life. I feel like he barely took a break from fighting in his timeline, first he get kidnapped by his uncle then Piccolo train and torture him for a year, then he witnessed his friends and mentor died, after that he go to namek to resurrect his friend but gets badly beaten in the process, then his dad is missing and after his return he died of a heart attack. Then he witnessed his friends died again without being able to resurrect them, and he spent 13 years fighting the androids only to have them toying with him and killed him off. Then his soul got erased by Zeno to end things off. Poor dude, even after his death he still can’t catch a break
His soul still exist in the second alternate future timeline (caused by whis in the anime but in the manga it's Trunks and Mai so what causes this timeline to be created differs from which media your on)
Fu is basically the Dragon Ball community. We would all love to know all of the different outcomes like If Frieza won,If Cell won,If Vegeta turned Super Sayian first,etc.
That's what I thought!! Seeing fu mess with time was so cool, every time he did something I actually became excited, unlike towa who's just like "IM MESSING WITH TIME BY MAKING PEOPLE PURPLE!! OOOOOOOO SO SCARY!"
Or if gohan would keep Training he could beat goku plus vegeta plus broly easy because he would go ultra instinct even before tournaments of power

I like the current Gohan better. We get to see his full development and achievements, whereas Future Gohan only has the dystopian appeal.
Shiro_Frosty // Mr. Shiro Winter this Gohan has the balls to train on his own when a threat was around the corner unlike present Gohan who I still think is bad ass is no where as cool Future Gohan just seems to have more meaning to his life.
Dragon Ball truth be told the only achievements present Gohan has is beating Cell but was cocky and arrogant and the same with Buu but lost due to being arrogant and cocky....again he could be at Goku’s level but didn’t train at all and future Gohan trained so much to where he could have taken on the androids one by one if he wasn’t double teamed point is future Gohan is so determined he lost his arm saving people and his own life

Eh, what? Not everything in DB has been about fighting, often times self-actualization is the priority of characters. Look at Vegeta, No.17, and Tien. Even with the disparities in strength, they’re fundamentally similar: each has something to be proud of and to take pride in their actions(Tien’s Crane School, 17’s Island and Family, Vegeta’s Race and Family). These aspects give the characters both realism, relatability and even impacts how they fight. No.17 for example, observes his opponents characteristics, as if he’s studying a wild animal, then capitalizes on their weaknesses. Future Gohan’s only appeal is the dystopian environment turning him hardass. There’s no other development to his character but that. We see the present Gohan grow up being forced to fight to survive and to ensure his families safety, whilst never having a relaxed childhood. When peace finally strolls around, Gohan relaxes and takes the time to appreciate it-yes he’s slacking off training, but he _deserves to_ just like every kid should ease up on Summer Vacation-in those moments, he isn’t a hyper-masculine, but an _everyday joe, like me and you._ When he commits himself to his hobbies, he, too, finds something to take pride in.
(Present) Gohan’s accomplishments:
1. Gohan is an assistant professor and researcher.
2. Gohan’s happily married.
3. Gohan has a child who he *intends to raise and protect.*
4. He’s the third strongest Saiyan in his Timeline.
If you believe Chi-Chi forced studying onto Gohan rewatch the beginning of Z and the ending of the Cell saga. As a child, Gohan proclaims to Bulma he’s going to be a scholar; his wish begins to nurture as he studies, in the final panel of the Cell Saga, beginning the 7 Years of Peace.

I don't know what timeline or timelines are aloud to stay but it's a pretty bitter sweet ending to the Trunks saving Gohan plot twist; Gohan reached his potential as a warrior being able to police a bloodlusted Jiren but believes that his timeline he originally fought for had to be erased.

Dragon Ball Z 101 They had to find a way to match the lip syncing. Some long phrases spoken in Japanese are shorter or longer when they’re spoken in english. If they followed the subtitles exactly in english, the mouth would still be moving, but nothing would come out.

Dragon Ball Z 101 They don’t change the game that much once it reaches that far and that would take time to edit the lips. So they just added the english voices with edited lines to make up for it. A lot of anime based games do that, like the Naruto games.
