In case you struggle to remove the part with stator, it is possible that while rotating, it melt the plastic in the stator which makes impossible to remove the rotor as done in the video
What I've done :
- There are 2 screws on the stator that you can remove if you are patient enough
- Also you need to remove the 2 screws that attach the rotor
Once both of this are done you can remove the rotor on the piece
Hopefully it will help someone, I've tried for hours to remove this part...
I have the same machine, but i cant remove the Motorcover (8:40), i have tried with a screwdriver but its only goes 5 milimeters, we tried with 2 persons, its dont go apart!

How you clean all the black grease inside and what king of grease you use after cleaning inside that tool?

In reality is it worth fixing . I mean it pays if you do it yourself. But how in the world can you pay someone to fix this and you don't know if he missed something .
I got quoted 280 to fix my bosch hammer drill. 400 new. The only thng keeping me from tossing it is its my fathers tool and it has a lot of meaning but I will probably just try and get it going myself or else it's not really worth paying
