Thanks so much Hamza, I have a quick question as well. Ive been diagnosed with adhd so focus has always been a huge thing for me. Have you noticed improvement in focus/concentration since reducing screen time on bullshit apps like yt/social media/gaming? And how big was this change? Life changing?

My father left me when was 6, felt pretty happy at first actually cuz he used to beat me up really bad lol but after a couple of months I kinda wanted a fatherly figure in my life, I tried to search for it but never could find it in anyone. I recently found out that he has a different family and it sucks but life moves on, he moved on. So I'm 18 now, still studying and paying em bills and (drum roll) I've started going to the gym. Let's see if I can get em good ass body. I'll definitely check this podcast!!!!
