There are some geniuses, but they got to have some big balls to attempt this move!!! Oh and what the truck driver, rubber tires on wood, gravity and 100,000+bls pushing. There's no guess work here it's calculated👌👌👍👍👍👍👍

"EasyMoves" ... the entrepreneur really has a perfect sense of humor! Rumor has it that this video was filmed by the owner of the house next door, who understandably went through a few anxious and therefore tremulous hours. The Easy Moves workers are way too cool to get shaky on such a "simple" task.
I have abuddy who works in Health and Safety, I want to see if I can give him a nervous break down by showing him this video. In all seriousness great job!
Thankfully the camera operator was not allowed near the vehicle controls. I'm impressed that they did all the block work for the basement rather than leave a large opening for the trucks and finish the block work after the move.
My father was a house mover back in the 50s and 60s here in Arkansas in the United States for 20 years when our I-30 & I-40 connected through Little Rock and North Little rock was built . He moved hundreds of houses to make way for the Interstate . No hydraulics were available , sure would have made the moves a lot easier . I was about 8 years old and crawled under many houses in really tight spaces to use manual jacks while the other men used jacks to lift the houses to get the trailers under the houses . Houses in historic districts had really strict conditions as to relocation within the historic areas . Back then $5000.00 was an extremely high price to move a house but it was considered a fair price due to difficulty of the move . this is an awesome move and congratulations to the movers for a job well done . Great video . i
Wow!!! ... I'm quite nearly speechless, except that I'll have to say: 1. these truck drivers are practically performing TRIALS-type complex driving ... wowowowow! 2. I'm absolutely astonished and dumbfounded!
Great job, I had 8000 square foot commercial building roof lifted 13 foot. Which is not a big deal, but it was in the middle of a 200,000 square foot building that had 52 production lines that could not be effected buy the building lift. We even kept the lights on in the part of the building being lifted. New steel columns and new floor all done in 30 days.
Bloody hell boys that a mega move they should give you a spot on outback truckers You had me guessing to what was next But only moving it forward one way of doing it awesome job fellas 💯👍
Must be a New Zealand thing. No one here in England would go through this expense for an old wood built property. Yes it is a heritage building but here a listed building would never get permission to be moved anyway, or any work carried out in the curtailment area around. Surely if it is of historic relevance then it is in the place where it sits. However, have seen many of these moves in your country I have to say these guys have amazing skills.
I’m no expert but I think the house which is being moved needs to be built in a certain way(massive solid baseframe, etc), otherwise it would fall apart...no offence, but here in the UK I’ve seen many houses but I don’t think that any of them is “moveable” this way, they’re falling apart from just simply standing on the ground:))
OMG! Disregard all the qualified film producers and highly opinionated critics with their comments below.... The amazing feat of moving this house back and forth is world class! I was on the edge of my seat! I’d defy any of the other critical viewers here to have the balls to be on that site in Ponsonby, with the hill, access, weather, newly built block work and nerves of steel to actually get the job done! I’m glad it wasn’t a stage managed tv production company effort..it wouldn’t have had the raw appeal! I didn’t mind the music either!😂
@@ronanwhite6785 im with you Ronan. I have moved a few houses. If this was the best job of documenting they could do it was worth it. That is an awesome move.
Bro farrrrk unfarkenbelievable . So cool Kiwi shit here ....YEAH beat that !!! house movers all round da world !!! This wins the farking coolest house move, other wise leave link. Cheers Bros
Fantastic job who built that truck was it made in New Zealand? It must’ve been the bosses house. The camera was shaky but it was filmed. Otherwise you wouldn’t believe it. Great job guys only in New Zealand
Look fellas, I'm sure how how to put this... Y'all Mother Truckers are LUNATICS!!! I gotta know... are cranes really that in demand? If so I'm moving to NZ... For real though, RESPECT 🤙
Nice work guys. Amazing, Here in the used-to-be-great nation of USA the tiny heads of gooberment minions and scaredy cats would explode if we even suggested that. Wish we were still free.
Avoiding all the easily made comments about the shaking camera, and the music and it costing too much to move it and then move it back (even though that is explained in the description) I wonder if jacking the house straight up while the basement is built underneath would’ve been “easier?” I’m sure the house mover wouldn’t recommend not moving the house though. This is an amazing move.
Was it your intend of not showing anything? If so, you succeeded. When I started the video I was getting seasick from all the moving around of the image. Keep the camera still so it is possible to see a clear image of what you are trying to show, if it was your intend to show something. Now it just looks awful.
incredible process, unfortunately not watchable with the unsteady camera. Given this video represents your business's technical acumen, I'd recommend getting a video stabilizing device. They're not much money
Okay the cameraman's fired. It's like I want to throw up on this video I would rather have seen it in slow mo. Had to fast forward to 90% of it. Look like it would have been a good video if whoever edited this thing together and what the hell would that music?
Who ever shot this video needs to go back to filming school. He obviously didn't pay attention to the requirement that the camera needs to be held STEADY in order to avoid a VERY JERKY result. Easy Movers should be ashamed and embarrassed by the poor quality of this video.
Wow! Your called Easy movers but this was a hard move!
Innovative house move with stackable trucks!👍👍👍

You guys are nuts. 😝 I'm definitely impressed with your skills. No way in Hell I'd drive a big truck on ramps.
Awesome move but the camera man with parkinson might hade a couple of fitts during the filming. Mayby wanna check that out!

In all seriousness great job!
Your buddy is a wuss
Cost to move is probably more than its worth. Thats insane. Amazing that it could be done.
For those who moved it, it was worth more to move it ;) But yes, it was impressive to se them move it.
I am, gob smacked. I would have put money on the move not being possible. Fantastic work Gents. You have my admiration.
Good old kiwi ingenuity at its finest. Where there's a will theres a way

i run heavy equipment in drilling wells and it takes a lot to impress me but you did it all the way from nova scotia. nice gear.

They should make this a D.O.T. test for when you get your CDL!
Damn don’t give them any ideas! 🙊
@@santaclaus6602 ... seeing as half the CDL test is vehicle safety checks you'd never pass muster in this situation.

The camera was shaking too much lads, try to improve on the technical side as well yeah? Nice music 🎼🎼 in background 👍.
Crazy Awsome rigs and drivers.
Com certeza o negócio mais fora do padrão que já vi. Parabéns pelalogística usada. Tirei o chapéu !!
Move buildings, not cameras. The song mentions Rock Steady. Yeah Right.
Yea his cam is shaky but still repect what they did lmao i cant handle a grocery cart as well as they did that house
@@MrMechen I've seen small children handle a camera better. The bad camera work makes it difficult to see what they did as they moved that house.
Wow good work there that there was some ass puckering on that move .
That was absolutely brilliant 👏👏👏👏✅👍

I thought it was being filmed during an earthquake
Well that looks easy👀
Hard hats get in the way when moving houses

Man he is one good driver! Have those drive axles were off the ramp!
Superbe étude et réalisation
Major money was made on moving this house
I remember when St Marys Cathedral, in Parnel, was moved across the road, that was one big move a church that could hold over a 1000 people
The suspended slab the truck is parked on, I wonder how much temporary props are under the floor.
Is anyone else dizzy as hell watching this
Awesome moving work, well done . music was great. Camera work was crap, otherwise really awesome move. Job well done.
Dam boys that was crazy 😜
More money then sense.
Very creative, accident looking for that perfect Ooops.

That technique is also common in NZ ,but I suspect the excavation for this basement was the reason it was decided to move the house

Да уж, вот это круто молодцы пацаны. Хату дона Педро спустили с горы на навый фундамент.
So they only move the home forward
I would have lpreferred to hear some commentary instead of the music cos this looks crazy man.
Hard to watch because the video is so wildly swinging around.

How much did all that cost ?
Geez would have been interesting without the stupid useless background "music" and camera swinging all.over the place.
For some reason I think there'd be an OSHA violation in there......cheers mate
Easy moves ?
Amazing😬👍
Coulda swore this is where I parked my house...
Great job all you need now is a better camera person jumping around like mad.
Trun the music down and get somebody with a steady hand for the camera
Would have been a great video if you kept that fricking camera steady
They picked the guy with the shakiest hands to film this.
Is it really worth it ?????
Time to do some sketchy shit doodaa lol
They need to buy the camera person a tripod.
They move an entire house, no problem. Now they cant get down the street because too many cars, baffled.
getting sea sick watching this camera movement
Camera is shaking like a jelly.
The shaking effects ruin the whole video, it’s too bad because clearly the move was amazing.
Buenas maniobras de conductor pero que Sonso es el de la cámara la mueve demasiado.
I stand corrected
Good video. BUT COULD DO WITHOUT THE MUSIC
Now I need motion sickness pills. Ever hear of a tripod, or a stabilizer?

And they say Aussi. are crazy .

Probably a good video but I only lasted 2 minutes due to the camera jerking. Too bad.
