📝INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
2 zucchini
1 tablespoon salt
(Squeeze excess water out of the zucchini)
2 red onions
vegetable oil
1 red pepper
1 carrot
Mushrooms or other mushrooms (250 grams)
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Favorite spices (herbs from Provence)
2 cloves of garlic
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Milk 1.5 cups/300 ml.
young spring onions (2-3 sprigs)
Mozzarella cheese (100 -150 grams)
