"I AM" Affirmations for Weight Loss

  • Just like the world around us is effected by the thoughts we think, so are our bodies. If you think thoughts like "it is hard to lose weight", then it will be true for you. On the other hand, if you think thoughts like "it is easy for me to maintain a healthy weight", then that will be true for you.
    What we think about and believe is what will create our habits, and our habits create our life results. If you haven't been feeling very good about your body, then it is time to change the negative thoughts to positive ones.
    Listen to these I AM affirmations for at least 30 days to begin to train your mind to new and positive thoughts, which will then have an impact on your daily habits, and ultimately change your body.
    First 30 affirmations:
    I am healthy
    I am happy
    I love my body
    Everyday in every way my body is getting healthier and healthier

      Everyone in the replies, listen up. Search up law of assumption. That’s the law that this video follows. It’s not about how much you listen to it, it’s about assuming you’re losing weight and assuming this video will help you lose weight. Just believe you already have your desire, or that you’re going to get it in the near future, and it’s already yours. Listen to this once a day and just believe you have your results.     I have lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks by listening to your affirmations and those of others. My goal is a simple one: by eating properly and eliminating carbonated drinks and snack foods from my diet my goal is to lose 1 pound per week for the next 52 weeks.
    No massive diet plan or calorie counting or worrying about carbs or fats.

    Honestly this is the best one hands down. Most of these just shove the words "slim" and "skinny" over and over (though this one has said that, but only once or twice) but this one used words like "healthy" and "fit" and those are truly positive affirmations.

    Day 1 : I am crying and currently trying to accept where I am with myself
    Day 2 : Went grocery shopping, instead of buying everything in the store, I just got fruits,vegetables , necessary meat to cook and essential oils. No, ache to buy any junky foods.

    Hey this really works!! I was a regular drinker and due to alcohol was putting on visceral fat. Since I started listening to this daily, automatically I left drinking daily and feel much better now. Thanks❤🌹😊

    This really works . I open 3 or more windows , each one is playing this video . My conscious mind hears confusing noise . My subconscious mind hears EVERY WORD ! I read each affirmation aloud , then repeat it to myself silently . Follow along with me .

    I would just change to release, weight release as Esther also says release and not loss.
    We don't want to loose something, that's why sometimes it's really hard to even let some pounds go away.

      I actually Googled the *2WeightLossFast. Com* and it seemed like a good idea to try it. After i tried this diet plan, this wasn`t long before I began shedding bodyweight! My mate tried this guide and shed 10 pounds!?

    Do I have to listen to it in a low volume or high volume?
    I mean, should I hear and understand with focus the affirmations, or I shouldn't understand them because my subconscious has to absorb them?
    There are so many theories on subliminals.

      R3d Gh Ok so my theory (or rule of thumb I like to go by with affirmations) is this: listen to them at a volume you can hear them, and repeat either in your mind or out loud. If this feels good to you, then keep listening at a volume you can hear them at, but if this makes you feel annoyed or angry, or like they couldn't be true for you, then listen at a very low volume, where you can barely hear them, for the first 30 days. That way your subconscious mind will still be absorbing the affirmations, but your conscious mind won't brush them off as not true.
      After 30 days, then begin listening at a louder volume, because by then your conscious mind will be more open to hearing these new affirmations.

      @Gabriela F. There are a few things you can do:
      1. Repetition is key - listen many times throughout the day, especially first thing in the morning and right before bed.
      2. Get a notebook and write out affirmations. This really helped me in the beginning, and I still take time every day to write out affirmations.
      3. Turn the affirmations into what if or wouldn't it be nice if questions. This was a big game changer for me - when you pose it as a question you're not stating it as a fact, instead you are allowing yourself to imagine the possibility that it could be true.
      For instance instead of saying "I am rich" you would say "wouldn't it be nice if I was coming into more money now" or "what if my income was growing larger". It also helps to write these down as well.
      4. Time. It just takes time to change past programming. Be easy on yourself, and work on changing your thoughts. If you find yourself on a negative spiral, stop and take a few deep breaths, then repeat to yourself "everything is always working out for me".

      Listen first thing in the morning and right before bed. Those are the 2 best times to listen to affirmations, so you allow them to become a part of the way you think.
