This is the first jagged maw game I’ve seen that didn’t end in 3 minutes. Turned out super cool, I would love to see development to encourage more dynamic games on maps like that! Super interesting game

Honeslty I think Jagged maw is fine so long as you prevent the middle spires from being cut. Air to air is still a problem, but it feels more playable

I love watching players learn to hide their imps, and make sure to give minimal reaction time. Really ups the power

A lot of my games are just Dog rushes.
I wonder if ramps will always be this big in SG 😆

Stormgate seems so increadibly fun and well made. Sadly it has to deal with the RTS community.
I have been away from this community for 7ish years, and for me it still feels as toxic as it was back then. The community feels so entitled and is critical towards everything. Based in a believe that they know everything better. All the while portaying that they are the best community to be a part off. Some extreem woke activist communities could learn a thing or two from the RTS coumminty.

In the 2nd game it's kinda disappointing how there's no Weaver yoinks on those Atlases or Medics.
And the Magmadons seem bad for the same reason the original Disruptors in sc2 were bad. They just get focused down. They do great structure dmg, that's pretty much what they're good for.
Fun use of imps tho, I think that's the kind of thing pros years from now will look back on and cringe how inefficiently they used their imps.

You really can't use them in a straight up fight v Vanguard - they just get kited. Combat drops, though, are very powerful - especially because if you drop right on top of the army they'll sometimes spawn behind your opponent (this may be a bug)

@@BeoMulf Combat drops into the Magmadon aoe ability...? That sounds like one of those instances where the theory won't match the practice, especially when I'm the one microing 😅
"especially because if you drop right on top of the army they'll sometimes spawn behind your opponent"
Like the Magmadon will unload far away from the dropship? I feel like if you're flying over a bunch of marines you're just gonna lose the dropship.. adunno.
Definitely much more effort on the dropper than the droppee.

if you have a fully shielded doombringer and fly it in as you engage with the rest of your army, its pretty hard to shoot down. Then you unload magmadons right on top of the vanguard army - and stompy stomp :)
