So what i m doing instead since one month is honestly working on myself. 1. Made a diet, keeping it 2. Went to gym nearly every day with rest days and a good plan 3. found a new, way better job (before i went to university for no fucking reason and paid a lot of money for it 4. And the only one thing I was focusing that moment was I don’t wanna lose him. So all I did was blaming myself but I didn’t look at why I did what I did, or why we argued. If people were told no contact is for yourself and getting over someone and moving on, most coaches wouldn't have the clients they have. We knew each other better than many couples who go on dates often because the relationships become physical faster, they talk less. You can be in someone's presence and just turn the TV on, have se% and go to sleep, while people doing LD are forced to be creative. You also wait for so long to spend time. When it finally happens each time is soooo romantic and magical. I cried for my ex for months every single day. I really loved him and preferred him to anyone regardless if they were across the street.

Idk y’all. Yeah an ex is an ex. If it’s a toxic relationship then leave it be. If he/she or both need to figure something out in life to take time apart from each other and you both still care about each other. By time away from each other you both will remember the good times and start to miss each other’s personalities and what you liked about each other.
