I cried soo hard when i watched the red wedding, the way she pleads its just soo heart breaking, the fact Arya just knows that now her family almost gone with the death Robs Direwolf.

I wasn't too heartbroken about the Red Wedding. Before the next episode aired I was pretty much over it. *Spoiler Alert if you haven't seen season 4 episode 8 yet* Tbh I thought Oberyn dying was more heartbreaking than the Red Wedding.
The sadness of the red wedding is not necessarily the act itself, but rather the consequences it has on the people, especially the children effected by it - the Starks have been the punching bag of all the bad things and just when it looks like there may be a silver lining of a happy ending it was cruelly ripped away - the sadness is in Arya just inches away from home and having that hope taken away from her - the sadness is in Sansa stuck in King's Landing unable to do anything to save the people she loves and do nothing but endure the horrors being thrown at her face - the sadness is in Jon staying behind in Castle Black and forever torn and full of guilt that maybe if he got to Robb things could be different - the sadness is Bran and Rickon stuck out in the wilderness far from home and alone without any safety of a home - yes there are so many more gutwrenching unforgettable deaths, but what the Red Wedding took away was any kind of a hope for so many young kids who will never see that home again

What may be your feelings may not be how everyone else would feel, yes many are sad by the loss of Robb, Catelyn, Talisa, and more because they like those characters - you may dislike Catelyn but she might be someone else's favorite character, those viewers may have loved her and want to finally let her have some happiness and be reunited with her kids and win - and again the manner of the loss plays a part in people's shock and heartbreak because it's suppose to be something happy and viewers are not expecting cold blooded murder - every character loss is different whether it's because of who a viewer likes or just the general surprise of it and the manner of death, and it doesn't have to be one needing to read the books to feel more sad - you may not have been effected and that's fine, but the characters and the family could be important and the favorites of other people and to see that being taken away is hard - just like how your mention of what happened with Oberyn - I didn't feel particularly saddened by it even though I liked the character but the manner of how it happened is just as shocking and has an air of sadness - there are gonna be character loss that are gonna be shocking and that plays into the heartbreak and sadness because you don't see something coming and it hits you like a fright train and other times it's just simply because you love the characters

In the show, when Jon wanted to say goodbye to Bran when he was leaving for the Night's Watch, I started to hate Catelyn because of how she reacted to Jon. In the books that scene made me hate her even more, because it's described in much more detail. Talking about Jon, I like him, but in the books I like him a bit less than I do in the show. Still more than enough to get pissed at Catelyn, though (I'm only at Eddard (chapter 20) of A Game of Thrones, so this all might change).
The only thing that got to me about the red wedding was Arya was so close to having family again but she lost them practically right in front of her eyes just like her father.
