This recipe is 100 years old! No dairy, no butter🧈, no eggs🥚, no milk🥛! Only with water and flour...
👩‍🍳First we have to make the bread starter : 👇
1/5 glass of water
1/5 tbsp of yeast🥄
1 tbsp of sugar🥄
1/5 glass of flour
🧑‍🍳The bread starter should rest for 2 hours⏰⏳
1 glass of water to it🚰💧
3 cups of wheat flour
1 glass of wholemeal flour that I ground wheat myself
3 teaspoons of olive oil (or cooking oil)
20 minutes in the oven (preheated)⏰
