To me, you're known as "that guy" that kept us engrossed in a year-long adventure during Covid. Thanks for taking us on your amazing adventure. I don't know if you realize what you have done for people. God Bless.
Pro tip...When you hear a strange hissing coming from a cave, you leave the area as quick as possible...It could be a ton of things and most of them bite... ;)
@BKXC A couple of things: first, thank you for riding our trails! Our state is blessed to have an amazing network, which you only scratched the surface of, by the way. There’s SO MUCH MORE you didn’t ride! Come back soon! Second, about that gate/off road fee…those fees don’t go to us. These trails are built and maintained by Hoosier Mountain Bike Association. Volunteers do much of this work! And a bonus number three…you met Steve Miller! (the guy on the Chromag). He is somewhat infamous in these parts for so many reasons LOL come back soon, my friend.
Awesome to finally see Indiana featured. As someone from the northeastern part of the state who doesn't even ride mountain bikes (but loves watching your amazing videos), you've definitely inspired me to not only make the trip to check out Brown County but also give mountain biking a shot. Thanks, man! Can't wait for more great content!

Man, I went there in July, I tried doing schooner and heard the exact same sound from that same cave. I got it on video and looking back at the video it was a skunk. Scared the crap out of me. It was a damp day and between that animal and the crazy rocks right before I said screw it and turned around and just went and did the other trails (it was the first trail of the day for me). Also, they were collecting the gate fee and you had to go to the main office and pay an additional $5 to ride the non beginner trails. I asked and the $5 goes to the local trail build association who maintains the trails.
Might be buzzards. We have a bunch of rocks that fell off the cliff that formed a "cave" and for 10 years buzzards (vultures) have been raising their young in there. They make a horrible hissing noise when you get close.
@@Cliftyman maybe for Brian, but when I was there I got got it on video. It was clearly a black with white striped mammal. Most likely a skunk, but could have been a badger.

His lil bit at like 12:15 about all the mellow trails with super high consequence turns and bits I think is just an Indiana staple cause I live in central Indiana and have been to 3 bike parks around here and they all had the “this is a green (or maybe blue) trail with a 40 foot cliff on each corner” kinda vibe so idk but it’s very exciting especially if you find yourself going faster than you wanted to

BCSP is a huge favorite of mine, particularly Hobbs and Bobcat. And that weird sound? It was going on when I passed there too, and so eerie!! Glad you made it there. It's truly a gem!
One thing I noticed that helped me on Hobbs Hollow the last time I was there was to hit the lip of some of the tabletops on one side vs the middle. Some or them, especially the ones built into or before/after a turn, have a steeper/taller lip on one side, and if you’re comfortable hitting it that gives you a fair bit more air. You just have to treat it like a super mild hip jump. An example is 3:08
