Unfortunately without defense attorneys there wouldn't be a justice system! Prosecutors will even tell you if we didn't have adequate defense attorneys then the prosecutors would not be able to prosecute them to the highest extent of the law! The Vander Ark case that just finished up if you listen to what her defense attorney said to Law & Crime during a post verdict interview it says a lot AND Prosecutor Georgia Cappleman's statement post verdict in Charlie Adelson's trial

WHY is bail, bond even an option?? What is wrong with our system that a murderer is allowed bail to begin with??? Maybe not in this case because the judge is doing right by keeping him locked up. I think ALL JUDGES should be held accountable for the decisions they make on a daily. Maybe if THEY could lose their job, or their freedom, for some of the decisions they make they might be more careful making those decisions.

That's Florida, they're serious about the Death penalty. People don't sit on death row for decades in Florida. They've recently changed the law as well, it no longer takes all 12 Jurors to agree for execution. If you get the death penalty in FL, it's gunna happen relatively quick once your appeals run out.
