    Hi Steve, I noticed in the previous Louisville video when she was registered that the condition of the driver's seat was a bit sad. How it passed rego surprised me knowing how fussy the inspectors can be. Watch out for the NHVR inspectors out on the road, they're really picky about even minor faults. Good luck with her, its good to see her back on the road.

      Hi mate. This rego is a bit different in that way but it was only really done for that job and haven’t used it since. Hopefully I can spend some more time on it soon enough

    As a land owner you should be allowed to clear a fire break in that burnt timber. In a few short years the scrub will be soo thick you can’t walk through it and the next fire will tear through a lot faster.
    Good luck with wedding man

    Loved the video old mate, absolutely loved ya steering those old jiggers around took me back to my time on the road in the 80's & 90's (Good old days of trucking), no a/c, no airbags, no multi lane highways, just the old Hume, Pacific, Newel, Bruce Hwy's. be great to see you work on an old Roadcommander one day

    just a quick tip if that mack has the alloy tanks. make sure it BONDED electrically to the engine /chassis/battery, from the experince recoring them. some tanks are pretty bad one had to had a new whole flange welded on it, but others look great, and from my experience with marine cooling systems i belive and anode or bonding the radiators tanks would stop and electrolosis corrosion

    Hey Steve, the truck sounds great. Is that truck a 13 speed. Looks like you have great weather there. The snow will be here real soon. I have to get a load of salt monday the 4th. I do quite a lot of plowing. Same customers for 43 years now. Looks like you need to patch that leak. We will talk soon. Jim Rioux

    Hey Steve, going alright myself, can see you good, yeah trying to reply to everyone is just so much bullshit hey ,, you think what am I turning my life into, I live for them ,,
    The gearbox in the ford sounds lovely 😂, she's old I know mate , but like you if it still goes I'll use it ,, don't care about trucks needing to be smicko just to do work on the private property, , hey come to the Avon River ,, shit she was ripping through under the bridge, alm9st touched metal rail H beams , April 1990 was bigger it touched the road surface on the bridge, 2 meters h8gher again, on this flood now , the Avon River is fastest rising and falling river on the southern side 9f hemisphere, actua fact

    • @holdenbrougham1056
      @holdenbrougham1056 7 месяцев назад

      Forgot to say normal River sits about 10 to 13 MTS high over water flowing so slow its hardly flowing, and then a rise in levels and widths to it is quick to rise even with how wide it is , so 10 to 12 Mt of water that high and that wide is something else , in April 1990 water was going onto the road , , I found 50 bucks floating in the bubbles as we road our bikes thru the water neck deep 😂, don't worry it was far from the main flow and shielded by bridge and road , nothing has reached that level since , only once before in 1980s a much higher flood came through and took lives and bridge too
