Bloody good on you cobber. Thank you Steve. 🤠
Thanks as always Daryl
Nice controlled driving
Hi mate thank you
Cool
Another awesome video Steve.
From kiwi land.
Thank you Alan
Hi Steve, I noticed in the previous Louisville video when she was registered that the condition of the driver's seat was a bit sad. How it passed rego surprised me knowing how fussy the inspectors can be. Watch out for the NHVR inspectors out on the road, they're really picky about even minor faults. Good luck with her, its good to see her back on the road.
Hi mate. This rego is a bit different in that way but it was only really done for that job and haven’t used it since. Hopefully I can spend some more time on it soon enough
Gday Steve, the Ford done well and the F model, it’s not easy keeping up with the comments, I try to answer everyone but it takes a ton of time, great video mate, cheers
Hi Matty, yes mate it’s hard. I do it when I get a minute to myself or waiting for something. Certainly not easy but I try too
The Mack is the best part. . . . Only half joking
Thanks Steve
As a land owner you should be allowed to clear a fire break in that burnt timber. In a few short years the scrub will be soo thick you can’t walk through it and the next fire will tear through a lot faster.
Good luck with wedding man
Hi mate yes we are already doing it now that it has burnt. Wedding was great. It was an amazing day and thanks for your wishes
Maybe line it with abit or clay and the back of a excavater bucket next time it’s empty
A busy day at your place mate ! Thanks again for taking us along ! Cheers , Scott 🌵
Hi Scott my pleasure mate. It was a busy 2 weeks mate.

Hi mate thank you I will check it.

Thank you Marc
Loved the video old mate, absolutely loved ya steering those old jiggers around took me back to my time on the road in the 80's & 90's (Good old days of trucking), no a/c, no airbags, no multi lane highways, just the old Hume, Pacific, Newel, Bruce Hwy's. be great to see you work on an old Roadcommander one day
Hi mate I’m glad you liked it and it’s good it brought back memories for you. I’m not interested in driving new trucks but I certainly enjoy these ones. I have a Road Commander in sight but not sure what will happen with it yet

Thank you Ron. Yes mate she’s alright
Great vid, as always!
Fantastic mate thank you
just a quick tip if that mack has the alloy tanks. make sure it BONDED electrically to the engine /chassis/battery, from the experince recoring them. some tanks are pretty bad one had to had a new whole flange welded on it, but others look great, and from my experience with marine cooling systems i belive and anode or bonding the radiators tanks would stop and electrolosis corrosion
Hi mate thank you. I have heard of this in a few applications of different vehicles
Transmission needs a couple of bottles of riesling, that'll turn it into a real whine bag...😊
Great to see the double shuffle. But foot on the floor not on the clutch
Hi mate yes I don’t use it much
Hey Steve, the truck sounds great. Is that truck a 13 speed. Looks like you have great weather there. The snow will be here real soon. I have to get a load of salt monday the 4th. I do quite a lot of plowing. Same customers for 43 years now. Looks like you need to patch that leak. We will talk soon. Jim Rioux
Hi Jim. It’s a 15 speed overdrive mate. It was beautiful weather and even better now. You did mention that you did the snow plough mate that’s great and will keep you busy
Hey Steve, going alright myself, can see you good, yeah trying to reply to everyone is just so much bullshit hey ,, you think what am I turning my life into, I live for them ,,
The gearbox in the ford sounds lovely 😂, she's old I know mate , but like you if it still goes I'll use it ,, don't care about trucks needing to be smicko just to do work on the private property, , hey come to the Avon River ,, shit she was ripping through under the bridge, alm9st touched metal rail H beams , April 1990 was bigger it touched the road surface on the bridge, 2 meters h8gher again, on this flood now , the Avon River is fastest rising and falling river on the southern side 9f hemisphere, actua fact
Forgot to say normal River sits about 10 to 13 MTS high over water flowing so slow its hardly flowing, and then a rise in levels and widths to it is quick to rise even with how wide it is , so 10 to 12 Mt of water that high and that wide is something else , in April 1990 water was going onto the road , , I found 50 bucks floating in the bubbles as we road our bikes thru the water neck deep 😂, don't worry it was far from the main flow and shielded by bridge and road , nothing has reached that level since , only once before in 1980s a much higher flood came through and took lives and bridge too
Hi mate thanks. This is a good interesting yarn. It got like that 3 times in 18 months here
@@stevesplacedownunder no worries Steve, your worth my time typing, cheers mate having a beer 🍻
@@stevesplacedownunder almost finished putting the 1982 White Road Boss, totally together and my boss was raped in the quality assurance work I've done , instead of rushing it , rust scale water leak in roof skin , found it with air blower , seen day light , then sikaflex 1 ft wide section all the way round , fucking panel beaters do some shit fucking work and charge us 30,000 just to blow paint over it , not happy an found bubbles already 2 months old the paint is , that's shit right for 30000 , fucking theives
I am so sick of youtube not notifying me about youre videos it ridiculous
Views are right down. I don’t think they are notifying anyone
Hook box you don't see many of those anymore it should shift fine without the clutch
It shifts lovely without the clutch mate
There ya are, mate…I was wondering where you went. Thanks for sharing. I like how you’ve done a bit of sprucing up the Louisville. Oh, and I really like my T-shirt, it fits like a glove.
Hi mate sorry for late reply. Yes I’m here. Trying to get back into a routine of posting once a week. Thanks for the purchase too mate and glad you like it
