Agreed 2003-2005 was a brilliant and entertaining time for the show
2003 and 2005 were very good, 2004 was dire, and Andy hunter wasn't brilliant character, ended up getting axed as there were people complaining his character wasn't realistic villain, which is way bill murray came in.

Paul would of annihilated Andy if they had had a one on one fight

Paul was a wasted hardman. He never lost a fight but he never beat any notable hardmen either, maybe apart from that soldier in the cafe.
