I think this is the Re Coded version. Roxas is such a great yet tragic character, I hope I did him justice !
I repost this because I wanted to do a synthesia-type video, first time doing it and it was very fun to do ^^ Hope it can help people who are struggling to learn piano ; don't give up !

My favorite song from the whole KH franchise. I'm literally tearing up. 😢 But, I love it. You captured Roxas's sadness perfectly.

This is a beautiful piano recreation! When I was battling him in KH2, it was so mysterious, but I felt terrible for him. Roxas has been through some intense events. Like losing his friends... it was beautiful to see him, Lea, and Xion back together in KH3.

I only recently got into the Kingdom Hearts series, and Roxas was one of the major reasons why. I watched my cousin beat him after struggling for a while, and I've actively been looking forward to beating his fight in my first KH2 playthrough. I almost gave up after KH1 and Chain of Memories, but I pushed through CoM and watched a playthrough of KH1
I watched 365 since the gameplay is non-existant in the 1.5+2.5 collection, and KH2 was sort of my last chance for the series. I wasn't planning on playing Birth By Sleep if I decided I didn't like KH2. However, KH2 was such a huge upgrade over KH1. The early game was fun, and Roxas was definitely a character I really enjoyed. Honestly, he's a bigger part of what the series means to me than Sora is, even though they're technically the same person.
However, probably my favorite thing about Roxas is his themes and lietmotifs. Music is such an important part of media to me, The Other Promise is such a beautiful theme. I've had the pleasure of being able to listen to it both attached to and not-attatched to the context of the game, allowing me to hear what it adds to its scene and see what it has to say on its own. I haven't faced Roxas myself yet, but I actively look forward to it. This theme is a major reason why.
All this to say, this was an excellent cover of Roxas and The Other Promise. It has enough of its own heart and soul while managing to capture the essance of both songs. I'd want to try to learn how to play it myself, especially given how much the theme means to me. Keep up the great work.

The music is just so good and it adds so much to the melancolic atmosphere and the characters ! It makes you relate to them a whole lot, especially Roxas.
