Forreal, I was wondering why that person thought everything they were talking about was funny af. Turns out it was a cutout of cash himself..
I'm pretty sure the reason why there is no steak in Chinese food culture is due to basically survival. If you noticed, the Chinese always mix meat with vegetables and noodles or rice. They always cut the meat in small portions so they can last and feed a lot of people. Also might be due to the farmers using the cows for farming crops instead of eating the cows.
