Amazing, what a nice and crisp explanation. Exactly to the point and no waste of time. Thanks a ton for such a useful information.

The commentary was easy to understand, and luckily the background music didn't interfere with the narration. Thank you. The bus numbers were very helpful, and the bus signage above the conductor was clearly visible. The steps given are concise and clear. The Bayern train ticket covers the bus, but does anyone know, if a Eurail pass also covers the bus from the station?

Where can one find the horse and carriages to ascend the mountain from the perspective of the ticket center? Where can one find the shuttles to the castle from the ticket center?

Can the round trip train ticket be purchased right at the train station? Using the Omio app the tickets are very expensive.

Flixbus has a direct service from munich central bus station to Neuschwanstein, Schwangau. isn't that right? seems cheaper than the train+bus combination ride and less time as well. what do you say?

Yes, Flixbus does offer direct service, which is fairly economical, but with few travel times to choose from. Our video dealt specifically with travel by train, because many travelers use rail passes or have other reasons to travel by train instead of bus. Thanks for commenting!

Hi there what if I’m not using a Bayern ticket, can I still board the bus 73/78 with a normal train ticket? Or do I need to purchase the ticket somewhere ? Thank u

That castle is totally over rate. If you really want to see it just take the train and walk around the castle for free. The tour inside was really short and boring.
