Amogh was a bit nervous before his first dual sortie as this was the much awaited moment in the life of any fighter pilot when he gets a chance to fly the aircraft.
The mess at AFA Dundigal is a state of art facility. 10 specialized chefs start working from 3:30 am in the kitchen to prepare healthy and nutritional food for 500 personnel. On average 4000 chapatis, 100 litres of pulses and 200 kg of rice is prepared along with a daily menu of dishes. A supervising team which is taking care of nourishment for cadets and maintaining proper hygiene in the kitchen.
