Same goes with the construction worker thrope, theres definitely enough strength training for muscle growth, but the diet is completley different topic and when it comes to looks, those 2 things contriute around the same

as someone who;s from Washington but lived in Utah for a year and a half as an adult, it's got a lot of beautiful red rock in the south with mountains and skiing stuff more in the north. It's also about 50% mormon but they are pretty nice generally. You'll also find a bunch of different types of people though, so you were pretty close with the guess

im from utah. its. like the rocks look really cool. and i think we’re a tiny bit more walkable than other places?? but its very mormon, very white, red state etc etc. like you can get a knock on your door and its two mormons in suits asking to come in and talk to you about god on like a tuesday
