Ash Perrow, after the 20-minute mark, articulated very beautifully the difference between living from the mind as the director, as opposed to living from the heart as the decision maker. That is a huge realization, and one that takes a lot of practice to achieve! What a great guy with a beautiful soul expression.

He made a good point that basically, there has to be a balance between love of others and loving ourselves. So many of us get our sense of selves by helping others (which is wonderful) BUT we have to do things that are good for ourselves as well. You can't pour from an empty cup. Life is so amazing. We are here to learn and learning that it's ok for me to be happy was a big revelation ❤

The ripples were most likely vibrations that he felt, and he was. That was a really neat experience❤

I believe consciousness is the reason we can't die. We have to 'be' somewhere. Even under anesthesia, we have to be experiencing some reality - we just probably can't recall it.

Doesn't mean consciousness doesn't end when we die. Anasethiologists can explain when you go under and it is nothing similar to being dead.

@briansmith2836 Interesting - I like to ask people, "What would it be like to be dead" Everyone answers this question differently. Some say "it wouldn't be like anything it would be nothingness" but then I have to ask "what is nothingness like"?

While it may not be like death, a lot of NDEs (or out of body experiences) happen while under anesthesia.

@roundtripdeath Some drs. have said anesthesia is similar (a mini death). :) one reason I don't trust it.
