Things like childbirth, protection of young children, the wilderness, and wild animals are all things both genders would want to worship, which would lead me to think she would have far more experience with men than just the worst of the worst. Honestly, I circumvented the whole “Where’s Percy?” issue by reading TLH and SoN at the same time, specifically by reading the lost trio’s POVs and one POV from the son trio per day. It was actually really interesting as it allowed me to see more parallels between the two trios, along with making the Seven seem more like a cohesive unit when reading MoA.
You’re hilarious, having read these books years ago it’s fun to go back and appreciate/make fun of plots points in the Percy Jackson books, this made my day

2:23 If I recall correctly, Artemis and her hunters being man-hating is a thing that Rick made up and wasn't necessarily a key character point. I just found it interesting when I learn it.
Idk the original mythology, but that's interesting. It's kind of surprising to think that Artemis was pretty chill and minding her own business in mythology, but Riordan rewrote her to be super man-hating.

Things like childbirth, protection of young children, the wilderness, and wild animals are all things both genders would want to worship, which would lead me to think she would have far more experience with men than just the worst of the worst. People like farmers and shepherds, people I would normally associate with having a kinder personality even though I believe that the children just did what their parents did without any other options.
@@geraldpfeffer I meant it was weird for Riordan to change her personality like that. I definitely agree that it makes more sense for her play a role in the lives of all genders, and not to hate one gender or another.

Honestly, I circumvented the whole “Where’s Percy?” issue by reading TLH and SoN at the same time, specifically by reading the lost trio’s POVs and one POV from the son trio per day. It was actually really interesting as it allowed me to see more parallels between the two trios, along with making the Seven seem more like a cohesive unit when reading MoA.
