Hey guys, so y'all are awesome and we talked about the WD40 hack. We've concluded that it might not be the best idea. You should absolutely ask your trainer if you consider using it. I have personally never used it, I was just suggested the hack and I've heard it before so I included it. But you can take or leave these hacks as you choose. :)
you should do a grey horse hacks video! i have a grey/white horse (shes really white) and before i show, its kinda hard. I know theres green spot remover and stuff, but theres probably other ways!!!

The apple hack clearly works, I’ve tried it many times years back, as my endurance horse found it too boring to drink, so we threw some apples in it, and she drank it all up👍
Also be careful with the WD40 to check the ingredients and make sure it's safe, as it isn't for horses (it's for machinery) then you have to be careful that the ingredients aren't harmful. ‼️

Be careful using baby oil when it's really sunny- it can cook their skin! :( I think petroleum jelly is safer :)
I haven't heard of using petroleum jelly but you're right about baby oil, it's best to put it on right before you enter the ring to show, then find some shade after. :)
Good idea is an oil based sunscreen :) you just want something with an oily base.

Havent watched yet but one hack ik is to get a cheap pair of scrubs or reuse a parent or friends old pair. Put the scrubs over your white or tan breeches to prevent dirt and slobber and hair from getting on them while getting ready.

I tried the apple hack and I was so excited then I’d didn’t work rip😂. But I ended up giving him the apple hahah
I recommend using WD40 as mane dangler it works SO WELL and its not bad for the horse because its just on there mane and due to sience that means it is not absorbed by their skin and blah blah blah blah blah....ya I am not a sience person seeing I cant even spell sience right xD
(EDIT: Also after some research I found that none of the ingredients in WD40 are bad for horses so it should be safe for them)

Take Regular Colgate toothpaste and a tooth brush with warm water it will help shine the silver on your bridle and saddle. And on the bits it isn't harmful to the horse unlike some bit cleaners

the apples in the water hack has been a life saver for me as i have one horse who will not drink from a bucket, so i put some apple slices and carrots in it (the carrots sink so he has to drink the water to get to them)
