In all honesty, when US citizens complain about this and other gigantic houses and properties being far too expensive, then you can see that they have no "minimal education as to what true prices/costs are like in other countries"! Which so far function sensibly, well, apart from your politics which are completely stupid! My goodness, in my country Switzerland 🇨🇭 you can get a maybe 4 room apartment but more like a 3 room apartment for that price if you're extremely lucky and not new, modern and close to the city, i.e. out in the country! In a city like Zurich you can get a maybe 4 room apartment but more like a 3 room apartment for that price if you're very lucky and maybe have certain connections with someone who has something, knows something, etc.... a 1 room maybe 1.5 room condominium for a minimum of 500,000 plus $ or Swiss Francs CHf and it's no bigger than the one here, we call it the winter garden in this house!!! So you can imagine roughly what this property would ultimately cost in Europe or, say, Switzerland or Germany, as they are the economically strongest and most stable countries, even if Germany is somewhat weaker at the moment.... This property would cost many, many millions here, especially just the land, the plot alone probably 5-7 million, and then there isn't a single tent on it! Well, here we could/would never be allowed to build like that, "just a wooden framework", insulation and outer shell, but for regions like Texas etc. where it's always warm/hot, no problem! Here most of it would have to be made of concrete and special materials, everything more energy efficient! Nevertheless, I maintain that with our minimal energy standards, this gigantic size of the house plus the plot, which costs extra and is not included in the price, you would definitely have to invest 4-5 million, so over 10 million!!! Therefore, these prices are "outrageously" good, cheap and would be a dream for us.... Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭🤘🏼🤗 from a channel follower and fan
