This phone is absolutely the fastest phone I ever used. And for $650 it's half the price as the so-called high-end phones. This phone takes great photos and it makes wireless charging and overnight charging obsolete. This is the future.
I've said it before and I'll say it again...take the Oneplus 7 Pro, throw in the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, 16 gb ram, 256/512 gb storage and call it the 7 Pro SE or 7 Pro 2022 edition and take my money...

To make a fair compare and contrast between the 10 Pro and the 10t I think it is safe to say there are a lot of trade-offs. Of course, I love the 8 plus gen 1 processor in the t variant and the option for 16 gigs of RAM. Then again, I think the 12 gigs of RAM available in the Pro variant is enough and there really isn't that much difference between the Gen 8 and the Gen 8 plus. My two biggest detractors about the T variant is the camera hole punch located in the center of the screen and the lack of the slide selector switch for the ringer. Still, the t variant has a flat screen which I actually prefer over the pro variance curved glass. It really makes it easier to protect the screen from damage and makes it easier to apply a tempered glass screen protector. Unfortunately, curved glass and tempered glass screen protectors don't always mix well. Ultimately, I recently purchased the 10 Pro variant for many reasons. I still think the 10t is a solid phone but, the pro variant just has more variety in my opinion. At the moment, I am using it as my personal phone and I have bumped over my 8T variant which I love and I'm using it as my work phone.
I've got OnePlus 8t bought 2 yrs ago, battery still lasts as long as it used to last 2 yrs ago and I'm a heavy user, charging 2 times or 3 times a day sometimes
The screen burn in you're talking about, that is not burn in per see, but screen retention. Happens occasionally in mid-tier and older gen AMOLED panels, and looks like burn in. Mainly happens when the display shows a bright foreground on a black background for a long period of time. Have complained about this to OnePlus for years, but they claim it to be a "property of all AMOLED displays".
@@samgoff5289 it happens significantly more in my 8 Pro than the 7 Pro, 6, Pixel 6a, S20 Plus, or other AMOLED screens I have used. Heck, it didn't happen on my Oppo Find X2, which uses the same gen panel (mostly likely the exact same panel). Maybe OnePlus can use better quality panels? (My 8 Pro showed actual burn in 1 week into using it, and OnePlus refused to replace the display. They use trash hardware, so I couldn't give a damn about them anymore. If I did give a damn about them, I'd prefer if they'd use better hardware on their devices)

@@davidkosiba624 all AMOLED displays are susceptible to burn in. I have used a decent number of phones with amoled screens, including 9 devices from the OnePlus family, 4 Samsung devices and a couple of Pixels. The 8 Pro easily had the worst screen retention and burn in of the lot. The 7 Pro and 6 didn't show burn in after 3 and 4 years of use respectively. OP3 had a teensy bit, but after 3.5 years of use. I'm just about to retire my OnePlus 5 after a glorious lifetime of use. Still working amazingly, but think I'm ready for an upgrade after all this time. OnePlus 10t seems like a good starting point and I don't really care much for the slider or camera.
OnePlus 10 pro user here from 2024, and I gotta say this is one of the better phones I've used. For some context I've used the s23 ultra , pixel 7 pro, and z fold 5, amongst those I'd say the op10p comes in at second place. With that being said Ive decided to switch to the op10T as the curved display makes it impossible to find a good glass screen protector and the battery life although good, hasn't been great. Honestly there's only 2 things that I will miss from the op10P and that's the alert slider and wireless charging, but besides that I think the op10T is the better phone overall
I bought the OnePlus 8 two years ago and the phone is working flawlessly. Even the battery lasts as long as it should. My only gripe was their buggy version of android 12 which was terrible. Fortunately the android 13 is fine. I would consider buying one of their models again.
I watched 20 OP 10T reviews and everyone is complaining about the alert slider. I don't understand why, I use OP about 5 years already and idk if I use that button 10 times maybe 20 times but is not that big of a deal is they removed it. I understand the ppl need that button the backlash should be higher for more important things like the only two years of Android updates or some other more important things, not a damn button.
Using 8 pro since release, now got 10t. Tbh i used that slider only on accident few times and its actually disaster. Im glad its gone. 10t is made as they asked me how to do a phone. Love it
Even tho I'm butt hurt about the alert slider, it makes the secret of oneplus flagships that much sweeter. I just picked up the max specced for 250$. Every oneplus I've had has taken an unbelievable beating and hate to even replace them.
Out of curiosity what did that alert slider do exactly? Got people really upset. And that image thingy is because they skimped on the display panel. Which they shoudn't have considering it ain't a cheap phone.
Just a faster way to silence your incoming calls and notifications, that's it. I understand it's useful and super convenient, but it's not that big of a deal. People got used to the lack of the headphone jack as well. Not to mention the lack of charger bricks for iPhones and Galaxies.
One person said it so everyone has to say it. If your going from ringer to vibrate to silent so much that a phone, doesn't have it you don't want to buy the phone? You must hate every phone out there. None of them have it.
Only OnePlus fanboy care about alert slider. Before this year, my last 3 phone were Samsung so i really don't care. Since March i got a 13 Pro i don't use so much the slider. No slider on my Poco F4 neither

10T or Nord 3? Hard to decide which is best....10T a little more expensive by about £30 secondhand..very little gaming but plenty of videos, photos and media consumption. Do both models support HDR from streaming services?
Nord 3 camera should be slightly better, plus official IP54 rating, 1 year more support, brigher screen with better resolution. - but 10T probably better battery and RAM management, better performance, better sound, Gorilla glass on front, even faster charging. - It's a tough call...
Folks, can you help me. It's not about OnePlus 11 but 10T. My OnePlus 10T is taking 27-28 min to charge from 1% to 100% using 160W supervooc charger. It's a 3 month old handset. Not long ago, it was taking 22 minutes. Now the difference is only 5-6 minutes delay, so wish to ask this forum, if it's normal or most of you are still getting mobile charged in ~22 minutes. Moreover, I could feel that mobile gets a bit warmer and charger gets slightly hot by the time it gets fully charged. Once charged, the mobile is working fine and does not discharge battery fast. Appreciate input from this forum.
I've been thinking of upgrading my OP8T, which has done a good job! I was waiting to see if the 10T was going to be it, but I don't think it is..........I wasn't so sure about the 10 Pro either, but it sounds like the better option, and having had 3 OP phones in a row, I'm very used to the alert slider! Sadly, 02 don't do OP phones anymore so the closest is the Oppo Find X5 Pro, but I keep hesitating! May wait till next year........nothing is grabbing my attention at the moment!
If you're waiting for 2023..i would suggest you consider OP 11 pro 8 Gen 2..SOC is going to be even better and maybe we'll see some camera upgrades over the OnePlus 10 Pro
Same here, owner of OP8T. I believe gt neo 3 is better value than OP10T. In my country, Neo3 12/256 has already dropped down to 499€, whereas 10T 8/128 has 709€ using the 30€ coupon to preorder.
im looking into getting a oneplus, i was looking at the oneplus nord 3 but i can pick up the 10t for the same price, although the nord 3 is the 256gb 16gb of ram model. so im getting double the storage and ram for the same price, but i am getting a mid range budget model so there is definetely some plus and cons for both, and its also a newer phone which means a year more android updates, at the moment its the nord 3, but can someone offer any reason why i should go 10t instead?
The pointless alert slider was replaced with a 360 antenna system and extra battery space. You'd have to be mad not to want this. Silent mode can be extremely easily switched to in software. One less thing to go wrong too.
I just cracked my Oneplus 7 Pro screen a little but and I just don't know what phone to buy now. I want a full screen phone like the ZTE Axon 40 ultra but it's a bit expensive and I have had oneplus phones since the oneplus one so I want a similar experience.
Yeah it is better everywhere except when it starts cutting back on power after 20 min cause otherwise the chipset would burn down lol , You should avoid every Gen1 SoC phone
The anger and start of this video justified. Clean house, go back to roots, original branding, FORGET SPEED!, focus more on cutting edge software integration and camera and never ever sell out again! First time you realizing im forced to go to samsung/apple... why?!
Asus ZenFone 9 seems to be the one. However there are a couple things missing from it that this phone has. As well as a few things the ZenFone has that this does not
I have always wanted to have the phone with the biggest display..... And after getting a phone with a freaking 6.9 inches display..... I stop wanting bigger display.... It's heavy, it's hard to use in one hand, and whenever I have a call with someone...... I can't hold the phone near my ear longer than 4 minutes..... I will go for more compact form from now on..... And one more point, I at the moment only have my phone as my main computing device as well as gaming console (yes I'm that poor)...... So I used to game at least 4 hours a day on my previous phone (which my father is using now).... And I can't even game for about 1 hour on this phone 😭😭😭😭

Might be worth picking up now that the price has plummeted, it's even cheaper than the nord 2t now
I am really tempted to upgrade to this from an 8T. I love the fast 65w charge on the 8T, I know the 10T has a 125w, but how fast will the 10T charge with the 65w charging block??
he mentioned that it comes with the faster 150w charger so it would be better, up to you
Rocking the 8t too, but I'll upgrade next year. Don't think this upgrade is worth it, at least if your phone still working fine just like mine
Could you please please please do a review or comparison, and your top pick, on all the phones that have the latest 8plus gen 1 chipset inside? I'm struggling to decide between them. And also your recommendation if you would go for the 8plus gen 1 over the 8gen1 considering the throttling issues of the 8gen1
Bonus if they are available/compatible for the UK
Perfect phone for me. Flat display with latest chip.
Why not iPhone?
and a high picetag to something that's worth 500 bucks at max...
Is that what u need?
@@bressa13 All phones nowadays are overpriced. What new phone is as good as 10T for $500?
What a simple way to live 😅
@@greggski3710 it is not as good because chipset in inferior but I own a secondary phone, Poco F4 since one month.
Pros:
1/ Snapdragon 870 gives great performance
2/ 8,5-9 hours of battery life until 15%
3/ Audio is powerful
4/ Phone come with a case and a 67W fast charger
5/ Price: 449€
Cons:
1/ Cameras quality are average
2/ MIUI has some bugs when i change thèmes/icons
3/ Bloatware and Ads to remove or to disable
4/ No Android Stock
5/ No Wireless charging and no reverse charging
Then it depends on your priorities 😉
The alert slider wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, but I'd still go for the Pro model. It kinda looks "more premium".
I did get the Pro model over the 10T and I have to say that it's great so far. The screen is smooth with the high refresh rate and the phone is very fast. I haven't tried out the cameras yet though.
Everyone likes to leave comments without using the phone I bought the 10t and have not one regret. This phone is awesome I am a heavy phone gamer and the phone is one of the best for this. Highly recommend it.
How does it fair now? I mainly use the phone for heavy gaming. Should I get something else?
They're alternatives now instead of the default. They're still great value but they don't offer anything new and their phones are never exceptional. All their phones have been solid
Crazy BBK phone sales are forbidden now in Germany (in official company stores) because of patent fights.
Been meaning to ask, where do you get these amazing anime wallpapers?
Good job OP a average phone with average cameras , what happened to never settle?
I have the 10 pro and I love it! Don't really care for the alert slider, as I just leave it on vibrate. I understand why people like it though, I just don't have a use for it
i use it quite frequently when i'm at work
Some people are set in their ways, or like making a big fuss out of nothing. Kind of like the "controversial" debate over pineapples on pizza. Who tf cares put em on if u like em, don't put them on on if u don't.
I bought a OnePlus 10 Pro and I do find that the slider is nice for when I'm at work and going into meetings, but it's a marginal convenience at best
10 Pro discounted now at many places. Great buy if you can get it around the £600 mark
is it worth going for 10 pro? looking to upgrade my OP6
@@ganeshs1783 I think so, if you can get a deal
The 8 gen 1 is not worth £600+
Do you plan to do a review on red magic 7s pro and rog phone 6 pro?
Nice review... Was that Italy?
Hello @Tech Spurt . I want to ask are you going to do an update Asus zenfone 9 review ? Thanks in advance.
still waiting on the a73 review
10T or Nord 3? Hard to decide which is best....10T a little more expensive by about £30 secondhand..very little gaming but plenty of videos, photos and media consumption. Do both models support HDR from streaming services?
Nord 3 camera should be slightly better, plus official IP54 rating, 1 year more support, brigher screen with better resolution. - but 10T probably better battery and RAM management, better performance, better sound, Gorilla glass on front, even faster charging. - It's a tough call...
I'm trying the same thing too, I'm leaning more towards the Nord 3 because it has that alert slider and a better main cam.
It doesn't have either of those 😅
Where do you get your wallpapers?
Well my OnePlus 9 pro takes nearly 40 minutes to charge idk why either
Amazing videos like always
Still rocking oneplus 7 pro . here in 2022
It's actually good , people these days make a fuss Outta anything they see others are hating blindly
Or you're just a blind fan 🤷🤦
Where was that video filmed? Is it Slovenia?
United Kingdom
I've been thinking of upgrading my OP8T, which has done a good job! I was waiting to see if the 10T was going to be it, but I don't think it is..........I wasn't so sure about the 10 Pro either, but it sounds like the better option, and having had 3 OP phones in a row, I'm very used to the alert slider! Sadly, 02 don't do OP phones anymore so the closest is the Oppo Find X5 Pro, but I keep hesitating! May wait till next year........nothing is grabbing my attention at the moment!
If you're waiting for 2023..i would suggest you consider OP 11 pro
8 Gen 2..SOC is going to be even better
and maybe we'll see some camera upgrades over the OnePlus 10 Pro
Same here, owner of OP8T. I believe gt neo 3 is better value than OP10T. In my country, Neo3 12/256 has already dropped down to 499€, whereas 10T 8/128 has 709€ using the 30€ coupon to preorder.
@@vibhudoesntexist ........yeah that's what I was thinking!
Can't buy the Nothing Phone 1 It's missing the Alert Slider🎚️😂
@@johnnymonkey66 haha...what a coincidence
btw..hope you're having a great day! :)
Isn't the ultra-wide on the 10 Pro and 10T of lesser quality than the OP9 and 9 Pro?
Thinking of upgrading my nord N200 for either this or an iphone 13 or 14.
im looking into getting a oneplus, i was looking at the oneplus nord 3 but i can pick up the 10t for the same price, although the nord 3 is the 256gb 16gb of ram model. so im getting double the storage and ram for the same price, but i am getting a mid range budget model so there is definetely some plus and cons for both, and its also a newer phone which means a year more android updates, at the moment its the nord 3, but can someone offer any reason why i should go 10t instead?
I'm trying to decide the same and I think the Nord 3 is a slightly better choice. It has that alert slider and better camera sensor.
@@camotech1314 I went for the Nord 3. Don't regret it as the charge speed is epic, and camera quality is more then enough. I'm happy with my choice
I hate how slow it charges and the camera is ass
The pointless alert slider was replaced with a 360 antenna system and extra battery space. You'd have to be mad not to want this. Silent mode can be extremely easily switched to in software. One less thing to go wrong too.
Still have the OnePlus 7, using it at this very moment. Looking for another OnePlus phone but ... Arg. I guess it won't happen just yet.
ZTE axon 40 ultra 😉
Which one should me buy op 10 pro or op 10t? Help me plz
I thought your shirt said New Jerk when I first clicked on the video. Wondered if that was a new lifestyle change.
Thanks for your thorough review. I wonder what the risks /potential issues with buying the Chinese version in the UK are?
Aren't they region locked, besides they're sold in the UK
Radio bands will be missing and you will have update issues.
Athletico Mince enjoyer I see. A man of taste.
Btw what movie you are playing on the display
I just cracked my Oneplus 7 Pro screen a little but and I just don't know what phone to buy now. I want a full screen phone like the ZTE Axon 40 ultra but it's a bit expensive and I have had oneplus phones since the oneplus one so I want a similar experience.
Ive got the 10 pro and it seems better than 10 T but that alert slider makes a big difference.
1 think is better than 10 pro the 10 t is with snapdragon 8 Gen 1 plus
Sorry for my bad English
@@LorenzoMattiussi Seems like it is Shitglish. 😂
Yeah it is better everywhere except when it starts cutting back on power after 20 min cause otherwise the chipset would burn down lol , You should avoid every Gen1 SoC phone
@davidkosiba624 why should you avoid Snapdragon 8 Gen 1? Does that mean the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is bad as well?
Which one should me buy op 10 pro or op 10t? 8 gen1 in pro is good?
Oneplus 10 pro or samsung S22 Ultra better?
The anger and start of this video justified. Clean house, go back to roots, original branding, FORGET SPEED!, focus more on cutting edge software integration and camera and never ever sell out again! First time you realizing im forced to go to samsung/apple... why?!
Wait... Are we gonna talk about the middle camera?
A powerfull oneplus phone 👍👌
If u r into gaming a lot and not taking photos and a curve screen hater...go for the T!
OnePlus doing a much better job with their Nord line than their flagships.
I just wish their Nord line would be sold in the USA
@@chieflingco it's a real pity that they aren't, I really do rate them. Great bang for the buck.
Hello! Is this exactly the same with OnePlus Ace Pro?
Ace pro is not global version. Its same phone just for different market
Still using Oneplus 6, but with custom rom on Android 12.
Liking the call of the night wallpaper
Unfortunately good performance nowadays means large format. For me 6.7" is simply too big. Why can't anyone make a 6.5 inch phone with the best SOC?
Asus ZenFone 9 seems to be the one. However there are a couple things missing from it that this phone has. As well as a few things the ZenFone has that this does not
I love my 10t 🔥🔥
Wallpaper link please!
Where is it made?
The OnePlus factory is in Shenzhen, China
can you send me the link to buy oneplus 10t 5g for 256gb internal s
torage
If I switch to T-Mobile in the US I may think about it. The way BBK is losing their court battles I may have no Chance of getting one in time.
T - T pro - S - S Ultra - S Pro - S ultra Pro 5g - S ultra Pro 5g + damn this BBK and Xiaomi)
Somebody definitely saw a particular vampire movie lmfao
One plus just became one of bbk variant
Hello,
Now 10T is on sale for $399 and 10 Pro $499. Which one I should buy?
for just 100$ i'll go for 10 pro
I watching this video in OnePlus 10t :)
Watching on my 3T. Waiting on my 10T. Picked up the 10T 12/256 version via early access and $100 price break.
does oneplus 10t support esim?
no
Neither go Pro or 10T. Oneplus is done, they're not what they used to be, let their fans down. Move along.
What would be a similar phone, and is waterproof?
(Posting before end of video, so sorry if this was answered in vid.)
Both Oneplus 10 pro and T are quite disapointing. OP7 pro owner here and honestly I'm waiting for more info about the new Motorola X30 pro or I'm getting Iphone as a next phone.
Flash YAAP12 on it, makes it so much better. I was ready to sell the thing but now I really like it again
Definitely go with the iPhone, I went from 7 pro to iPhone and couldn’t be happier
What the heck is that camera monstrosity - omg. I need more sleek and simple looking phones. That camera is yelling at me 😂.
Watching this on my OnePlus 7 Pro
One plus 10 t or realme gt2 pro?
Same question))
yeah after my 7t pro here, im going nothing for my next phone thats for sure.
Usb 2.0 why?
@Tech Spurt when will this obsession with the punch hole cameras end??? Why pay all this money to have a hole on your screen? Tear drop was way better...especially full display with NO holes...that used pop up camera or sth similar. I have a xiaomi Mi9T 3 years now without any problem on the mechanism.
Man, please genshin impact FPS Ultra settings 10 min 60 min.
one plus 10 pro vs one plus 10T, realme GT2 Pro in genshin impact test. ok??
OnePlus has now stated that they will bring the Alert slider back in future phones
OnePlus has stated a lot of things in the past and not really stuck to it, so i wouldn't be surprised if they ditch it again
Dear Tech Spurt
Please please please can you review the HTC Desire Pro 22 😓
You're the first person I've asked 😊
I know HTC is on its backside but it still has it's fans and we are being neglected 😓
No one cares about us 😓
Please 😔
Thank you Sir.
😌
No alert slider = No Oneplus for me anymore
At this point I'd just go oppo
I don't like the camera bump
I began to hate Android camera design tho..the bump and that humongous thing covering the camera..seems uglier than those on iPhones..which is already a bit ugly..
The OnePlus 7 Pro with YAAP 12 and SGCAM will beat this device hollow
